Egal wie das Wetter ist - der Blick auf den See und die Berge und der Kaminofen lassen auch im Herbst oder Winter die Zeit in diesen Appartments zu einer schönen Auszeit werden. Im Sommer sind viele Touren zu Wanderungen, Radtouren oder auf den See möglich. Die Appartments bieten alles, was man für einen angenehmenen Urlaub braucht: Sauna, Badewanne, Nespressomaschine, ordentlich ausgestattete Küche - und vor allem gute Architektur und gutes Design! Auf Wunsch können Massagen gebucht und Brötchen geliefert werden - man kann es sich also rundum gut gehen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sind bereits zum vierten Mal da und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal! Three high-quality Ferienlofts, modern and very comfortable and with fantastic views! No matter what the weather is like - the view of the lake and the mountains and the woodburning stove let the time in these apartments be a nice break even in autumn or winter. In summer, many tours are possible for hiking, cycling or the lake. The apartments offer everything you need for a pleasant holiday: sauna, bathtub, Nespresso machine, neatly equipped kitchen - and above all good architecture and good design! On request, massages can be booked and bread rolls can be delivered - so you can let it all go well. We felt very well and are already here for the fourth time and look forward to the next time!
J	Jerzy May on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum zweiten Mal in diesem Jahr konnten wir Traunsee31 genießen. Es ist im Oktober genauso schön wie im Februar, in Loft 2 wie in Loft 3. Die puristische Architektur – außen wie innen – scheint sich auf die eigenen Gedanken zu übertragen. Klarheit und Gemütlichkeit, Struktur und Wärme sind dabei keine Gegensätze, sondern verbindende Pole. Man kommt an den See – und zu sich. Die mitgebrachten Bücherstapel hatten es nicht leicht gegen den Blick über das Wasser auf die Berge. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!!! For the second time this year we were able to enjoy Traunsee31. It is just as beautiful in October as in February, in Loft 2 as in Loft 3. The purist architecture - both inside and out - seems to be based on one's own thoughts. Clarity and coziness, structure and warmth are not opposites, but connecting poles. You come to the lake - and to yourself. The brought stacks of books had it not easy against the view over the water to the mountains. We will be happy to come back !!!

Seit über 35 Jahren machen wir Urlaub in Ferienhäusern/Wohnungen und können nur anerkennend feststellen, dass hier am Traunsee ein Traum zum Wohnen entstanden ist. Da stimmt alles, von der farblich abgestimmten, hochwertigen Innenausstattung und -einrichtung, das großzügige Raumkonzept und natürlich die Lage mit dem Blick auf den Hausberg und das Wasser - einfach fantastisch. Alles was an Ausstattung notwendig ist, ist präsent bis hin zu einer großen Auswahl an Handtüchern, bezogenen Betten und dem Starterset mit Pads für die Kaffeemaschine - einfach perfekt. Die nette und kompetente Hausverwalterin vor Ort sollte auch positiv erwähnt werden, die hilft sofort, wenn es Fragen gibt. Ja, und wenn man dann noch das Glück hat - wie wir - und der Sommer ist im September noch mit Kraft da, dann bereitet das Leben auf der Terrasse bei einem Kaffee oder Wein zusätzlich richtig Freude. Sehr empfehlenswert und einen Aufenthalt mit fünf Sternen wert. We were in early September 2016 for two weeks in LOFT 2 and are extremely excited about this wonderful apartment. For over 35 years, we have been vacationing in holiday homes / apartments and can only acknowledge that here at Lake Traunsee a dream to live has emerged. Everything is perfect, from the color-coordinated, high-quality interior design and furnishings, the spacious room concept and of course the location with a view of the local mountain and the water - simply fantastic. Everything you need in terms of equipment is present, including a large selection of towels, beds made up and the starter set with pads for the coffee machine - just perfect. The nice and competent caretaker on site should also be mentioned positively, which helps immediately if there are questions. Yes, and if you still have the luck - as we do - and the summer is still strong in September, then the life on the terrace with a coffee or wine in addition really enjoy. Highly recommended and worth a stay with five stars.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich meinen 5 Sternen noch ein "+" anfügen :-) Wir sind eine 6köpfige Familie und im Urlaub auf die Anmietung von Ferienwohnungen angewiesen - da mussten wir in der Regel viele Kompromisse machen: Baulicher und vor allem geschmacklicher Art. Im SEE 31 ist es anders: Wir kamen an und waren euphorisiert! Eine architektonische Perle, ein spektakulärer Blick und eine bis ins Detail modern-stilvoll durchdachte Inneneinrichtung. Die Vermieter sind Architekten und man spürt, dass sie sich an diesem besonderen Ort einen Traum erfüllt haben. Meine persönlichen Highlights: Der sagenhafte Blick auf den sternenklaren Nachthimmel durch die Panoramafenster der Schlafzimmer und die hohen Türen - die erste Ferienwohnung in der ich mich als 2,05 Meter großer Mann NICHT bücken musste! Wie gesagt: Ein Genuss :-) Every holiday is a pleasure in these holiday lofts! If I could, I would add a "+" to my 5 stars :-) We are a family of 6 and rely on the rental of holiday apartments on vacation - as a rule we had to make many compromises: structural and above all tasteful. SEE 31 is different: we arrived and were euphoric! An architectural pearl, a spectacular view and a down to the last detail modern stylish designed interior. The landlords are architects and you feel that they have fulfilled a dream in this special place. My personal highlights: The fabulous view of the starry night sky through the picture windows of the bedrooms and the high doors - the first apartment in which I did NOT have to bend down as a 2.05 meter tall man! As I said: a pleasure :-)

Die Aussicht aus allen Zimmern ist beeindruckend und wenn gleich neben der Straße gelegen, sieht und hört man sie nicht. Die Ausstattung mit Sauna, XL Badewanne und Kamin ist absolut erstklassig. Kommen gerne wieder und trennen uns nur schwer. An architectural masterpiece, embedded in a breathtaking backdrop. The view from all rooms is impressive and if it is right next to the street, you cannot see or hear it. The equipment with sauna, XL bathtub and fireplace is absolutely first class. We'd love to come back and it's difficult to part.
