Beim Aufgeben der Bestellung von Holler Limonade teilte uns die Dame mit, dass dies und Cocktail nicht bestellt werden könne (es war mitten am Nachmittag und man könne vorm Aussuchen darauf hinweisen). Nun suchten wir wieder etwas anderes von der Karte. Vital Smoothie mit Ingwer eigentlich sehr lecker, wurde schon Mal dort getrunken deshalb erneut aber dieses Mal soviel Ingwer, dass man das leider gar nicht trinken konnte. Schulung im Umgang mit freundlichen Reklamationen und Hinweisen eines Gastes empfehlenswert denn: "Vielleicht fühlen Sie heute anders und ich habe es nicht gemacht sondern die Küche" ist keine richtige Reaktion auf eine Reklamation eines Gastes - zur Info: Smoothie wurde zurück geschickt und trotzdem voll verrechnet. Schade! Ordered extra without chocolate because of allergy, came without Smarties but with a chocolate waffle!?!? When placing the order for Holler lemonade, the lady informed us that this and cocktail could not be ordered (it was in the middle of the afternoon and you could point this out before choosing). Now we were looking for something else on the map. Vital smoothie with ginger actually very tasty, has already been drunk there, but this time so much ginger that unfortunately you couldn't drink it at all. Training in dealing with friendly complaints and tips from a guest is recommended because: "Maybe you feel different today and I didn't do it, but the kitchen" is not the correct response to a complaint from a guest - for information: Smoothie was sent back and still fully charged . Pity!

Der coronablues ist halt an niemanden spurlos vorbeigegangen, das kann schonmal auf die Stimmung schlagen, aber, wie gesagt, bei mir sehr freundlich und das Personal versteht sich mittlerweile auch gut und wirkt ausgeglichen. Gerne wieder Everything was fine with me. The corona blues didn't pass anyone by without a trace, that can affect the mood, but, as I said, I'm very friendly and the staff now get along well and seem balanced. Gladly again

Wahren heute dort und haben die ersten 10 Minuten keinen Kellner gesehen aber gehört. War irgendwo im hinteren Bereich beim quatschen. 2 Pärchen haben das Lokal wieder verlassen weil kein Personal vorhanden war. Es war zudem noch sehr wenige Gäste im Lokal. Wir sind dann zum Tresen und haben nachgefragt ob vielleicht mal jemand Zeit hat weil die Gäste verlassen schon wieder das Lokal. Der Kellner kam dann endlich aber mit einem arbeitswillen den man zuerst mal suchen muss. Ganz ehrlich geht gar nicht und würde empfehlen mir umgehend williges Personal zu suchen weil so wird das auf Dauer sicher nix. ???? Just more catastrophic. Was our favorite place and the one with the emphasis on was. The staff is amazing. Were there today and didn't see or hear a waiter for the first 10 minutes. Was chatting somewhere in the back. 2 couples left the restaurant because there was no staff. There were also very few guests in the restaurant. We then went to the counter and asked if maybe someone was free because the guests were already leaving the restaurant. The waiter finally came but with a willingness to work that you first have to look for. Honestly, it's not possible and I would recommend looking for willing staff immediately because that won't work in the long run. ????
H	Hannah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss dort. Man konnte nur noch Eis von der Theke bestellen, jedoch keine Getränke, frischen Kuchen oder Waffeln mehr. Zudem war die Bedienung äußerst unfreundlich. Ich würde selbst nie mehr dort hingehen und allen anderen äußerst davon abraten. We were there an hour before the store closed. You could only order ice cream from the counter, but no more drinks, fresh cakes or waffles. In addition, the service was extremely unfriendly. I would never go there myself and would strongly advise against it to anyone else.
A	Alois Niedermaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem wir 15 Minuten als einzige Gäste auf uns aufmerksam machen wollten, wollten wir am Tresen bestellen. Daraufhin wurden vertröstet und mussten noch einmal 15 Minuten auf den Service warten. Der Kaffee hat dann in schnellen 10 Minuten unseren Tisch erreicht. In der Zeit waren wir dann auch durch gefroren nachdem wir auf der Terrasse saßen. Insgesamt eine wirklich miserable Erfahrung. Service Wüste vom aller Feinsten. After 15 minutes trying to draw attention to us as the only guests, we wanted to order at the counter. Then we were put off and had to wait another 15 minutes for service. The coffee then reached our table in a quick 10 minutes. By then we were frozen through after sitting on the terrace. Overall a really miserable experience. Service desert at its finest.

Ich war bereits öfter dort, die Kellner die mich bisher bedient haben waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur leider muss man wirklich lange warten, bis eine Bedienung kommt, doch die Wartezeit macht das essen wieder wett. Ich esse dort immer eine Waffel und diese schmeckt wirklich genial, ich würde glatt sagen, die beste die ich je gegessen hab. Ich kann das Café nur weiterempfehlen. Contrary to what most Google reviews say, my experience at the Bellagio was very good. I've been there several times, the waiters who have served me so far were very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, you have to wait a really long time for service, but the waiting time makes up for the food. I always eat a waffle there and it tastes really great, I would say the best I've ever eaten. I can only recommend the cafe.

Das Eis ist der hammer mit Liebe gemacht wir sind die Woche schon das zweite mal hier und die Qualität ist immer gleich:) Super friendly staff and fast service. The ice cream is awesome, made with love, we're here for the second time a week and the quality is always the same :)
