Die Beurteilung ist also nur für den "Kundendienst" im Vorfeld :-/ Unfortunately, I cannot really rate this company. Despite "four times" inquiries, I did not get any feedback - but am now glad that I have "landed" in another, very competent cosmetic salon. The assessment is therefore only for "customer service" in advance: - /

Freundliches Personal ?? . I visited this cosmetics institute with my wife and we were satisfied with the treatment. The decor is modern and everything is clean. Friendly staff ??.

Augenbrauenform war vorgegeben und trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung, wurde diese Form nicht geändert. Jedoch muss ich sagen, dass es bei dem Kosmetikstudio danach auch nicht besser war. (LeFox) Im Großen und Ganzen sollte man auf Kundenwünsche eingehen. Das wäre sehr erwünscht. Staff very friendly and very hygienic studio. Permanent make up: Unfortunately, requests are not discussed, as this is not the fashion. Eyebrow shape was predetermined and despite repeated request, this form was not changed. However, I have to say that it was no better at the beauty salon afterwards. (LeFox) On the whole, one should respond to customer requests. That would be very desirable.
