R	Ruperti Gu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unkompetentes Büro. Vor der Mietvertragsunterzeichnung werden haufenweise Versprechungen gemacht, welche ohnehin nicht eingehalten werden. Die Immobilienfirma und Hausverwaltung gehören zusammen. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine Reinigungsfirma. Die Interessen der Mieter werden nicht berücksichtigt. Die Wohnungen sind oft in erbärmlichen Zustand. Fazit: Finger weg! Kein Wunder das die Wohnungen oft monatelang inseriert sind. Very incompetent office. Before the lease is signed, a lot of promises are made, which are not kept anyway. The real estate company and property management team belong together. There is also a cleaning company. The interests of the tenants are not taken into account. The apartments are often in poor condition. Conclusion: hands off! No wonder that the apartments are often advertised for months.

Wenn man als schwangere Frau in Zeiten einer Pandemie, mehrmals darum bitten muss, dass das gegenüber eine Maske aufsetzt, fragt man sich schon ob das gegenüber die gültigen Gesetze kennt. Während der Besichtigung hat sie nur in ihr Handy geschaut. Zu guter letzt wurden wir auch noch angepöbebelt, da sie es nicht geschafft hat von ihrem Handy aufzusehen, um die Wohnung zu verlassen damit wir ein Video machen können. Da fragt man sich wozu man eine Provision zahlen soll. Zum Glück ist der Immobilienmarkt in Graz groß genug und man kann sich bewusst dagegen entscheiden einen solchen Kundenumgang zu unterstützen. If, as a pregnant woman in times of a pandemic, you have to ask several times to put a mask on the opposite side, you ask yourself whether the person knows the applicable laws. During the tour, she only checked her cell phone. Last but not least, we were bullied because she couldn't look up from her cell phone to leave the apartment so we can make a video. You ask yourself why you should pay a commission. Fortunately, the real estate market in Graz is big enough and you can consciously decide not to support such customer interaction.
D	DJIGIT VU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin maßlos enttäuscht von dieser Firma, der Umgang, nur bewertet durch das Herkunftsland, ist respektlos und inakzeptabel. Da ich auf der Suche nach einer größeren Wohnung bin, bin ich zufällig auf ein Inserat der Firma gestoßen. Ich habe am Telefon auch einen Termin bekommen und am Ende des Gespräches wollte die Frau wissen aus welchem Land ich komme und ich teilte ihr dies mit. Daraufhin kam nur "Wir vermieten nicht an Asylanten". Keine Begründung. Nichts. Einfach aufgelegt. Ich bin seit über 10 Jahren in Österreich und bin auch berufstätig, spreche fließend Deutsch, doch dies wurde nicht einmal gefragt, das war absolut irrelevant. Nur ob ich ein Ausländer bin. Ich bin selten auf so solch eine rassistische, inkompetente und unfreundliche Firma gestoßen. I am immensely disappointed with this company, the way it is handled, only assessed by the country of origin, is disrespectful and unacceptable. As I was looking for a larger apartment, I happened upon an advertisement from the company. I also got an appointment on the phone and at the end of the conversation the woman wanted to know which country I come from and I informed her of this. Then came only "We do not rent to asylum seekers". No reason. Nothing. Just hung up. I have been in Austria for over 10 years and I also work, speak fluent German, but this was not even asked, it was absolutely irrelevant. Just whether I'm a foreigner. I have seldom come across such a racist, incompetent and unfriendly company.
