Mündlich vor Ort verspricht man auf Terminanfragen per Email zu reagieren, das geschieht nie, auch nach mehrmaligen Versuchen nicht.... Das ist aber leider unmöglich da man nur ein Tonband zu hören bekommt und nach einer Stunde hatte ich genug vom Service. Doch heute wurde ich angenehm überrascht ?
