Faszit: es war den Angestellten nicht möglich mein Problem zu lösen, obwohl mir die Dame der Hotline empfohlen hat das direkt zu machen bin sogar um sonst gefahren Unfortunately nobody can call back in 3 days! Then I got 3 pieces of information from 3 employees on the same matter! Fascinating: it was not possible for the employees to solve my problem, although the lady on the hotline recommended that I do it directly, I even drove to avoid anything else

Lieber Herr Filialleiter bedenken Sie, dass Sie wegen der vielen unzufriedenen Kunden keine Kunden mehr haben, und somit auch keinen Arbeitsplatz. Es gäbe noch einiges negatives im Zusammenhang mit dieser Filiale zu berichten, würde aber sicher nichts bringen. That the phone is not picked up is certainly an order of the management, so you will be forwarded to Vienna, and there is no callback anyway. Dear Mr. Branch Manager, consider that because of the many dissatisfied customers you no longer have any customers and therefore no job either. There are still some negative things to report in connection with this branch, but it would certainly not help.
