W	Westies Of Rolling Stones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Filiale, ich war auch immer zufrieden, leider gibt es jetzt eine dunkelhaarige Angestellte die sich mit Unfreundlichkeit auszeichnet, nicht nur einmal und nicht nur bei mir. Griesgrämige Menschen sollten nicht im Kassenbereich eingesetzt werden. Nice branch, I was always satisfied too, unfortunately there is now a dark-haired employee who is characterized by unfriendliness, not just once and not only with me. Grouchy people should not be used in the checkout area.

Die Beratung ist top und sehr professionell, keine langen Wartezeiten wenn man einen Termin benötigt. Auf Fragen wird super eingegangen und verständlich erklärt. Auch wenn der eigene Berater mal nicht anwesend ist wird sich für einen Zeit genommen. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen ? Great branch! Great accessibility with lots of free parking spaces. The advice is top and very professional, no long waiting times when you need an appointment. Questions are answered very well and explained in an understandable way. Even if your own advisor is not present, you will be taken for a while. I can only recommend it ?

S	Siegfried Puhr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besuchte heute ( 28.9.2021) um ca.13h30 die Bawag Filiale in Gratkorn um meinen Vater ( 86 jährig) zu begleiten. Wurden dort von einem Mitarbeiter empfangen, der am PC saß und meinen Vater derart respektlos "bediente", dass wir beide zum Entschluss kamen, diese Filiale nach Möglichkeit zu meiden und die bevorstehende Geldanlage möglicherweise bei einem anderen Bankinstitut zu tätigen. Visited the Bawag branch in Gratkorn today (9/28/2021) at around 1.30 p.m. to accompany my father (86 years old). Were received there by an employee who was sitting at the PC and "served" my father so disrespectfully that we both decided to avoid this branch if possible and possibly make the upcoming investment at another bank.
B	Birgit Stanonik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wozu hat man einen persönlichen BetreuerIn, wenn man, wenn's nicht so läuft, wie die Bank sich das vorstellt, von einem Callcenter kontaktiert wird??? Wenn man abhebt, wird man von einer automatischen Ansage begrüßt und um Geduld gebeten... Wenn man nicht abheben kann, weil man selbst gerade in der Arbeit ist, wird man um Rückruf gebeten. Wieder alles vollautomatisch. "Bitte drücken Sie 1, 2 oder 3..." Was soll ich drücken, wenn ich nicht weiß, worum es geht!!!! Nach 35 Minuten Warteschleife ist meine Geduld erschöpft. Das grenzt schon sehr an Frechheit. Kundenservice auf tiefstem Niveau. Why do you have a personal advisor if you are contacted by a call center when things are not going as the bank imagines ??? When you pick up, you are greeted by an automatic announcement and asked for patience ... If you cannot pick up because you are at work yourself, you will be asked to call you back. Again, everything is fully automatic. "Please press 1, 2 or 3 ..." What should I press if I don't know what it is about !!!! After a 35 minute queue, my patience is exhausted. That borders very much on cheek. Customer service at the lowest level.
G	Gottfried Enenkel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNUNG: Die BAWAG sperrt BANKOMATEN im Ausland und erlaubt nur mehr 200€ Abhebungen pro Tag. (geprüft in der Slowakei) Hat früher immer sauber funktioniert. Habe mich 2 mal in der Filiale beschwert. Die haben meine Einstellungen kontroliiert, und gemeint alles sei OK, der Bankomat müßte 400€ und mehr je nach Einstellung ausspucken. Es kann nur sein, das die Zentrale hier eine Auszahlung im Ausland von über 200€/ Tag verhindert. Ich könne mich an die Zentrale wenden. DAS IST KEIN SERVICE. Die sind zu dumm ihre eigene Zentrale anzurufen, und Probleme zu klären. Wer nicht einmal die eigenen Bankbedingungen kennt, sollte dort nicht arbeiten. Mein Rat: am Besten eine andere Bank suchen. WARNING: BAWAG blocks ATMs abroad and only allows € 200 withdrawals per day. (tested in Slovakia) Has always worked properly in the past. I complained twice in the branch. They checked my settings and meant everything was OK, the ATM would have to spit out 400 € or more, depending on the setting. It can only be that the head office prevents a payout of over € 200 / day abroad. I can contact the head office. THIS IS NOT A SERVICE. They are too stupid to call their own headquarters and solve problems. If you don't even know your own banking conditions, you shouldn't work there. My advice: it's best to look for another bank.
a	antiwien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt einen Angestellte in der Filiale Gratkorn der sich absolut unangemessen verhält. Vor 2 Wochen stand ich am Schalter 25 Minuten an, das kann passieren, aber es war weil der Herr am Schalter eine Kundin derart unangenehm angemacht hat. Ich stand hinter ihr und habe alles mitgehört. Ich weiß jetzt das die Kundin 40 ist, geschieden, 2 Söhne hat, wo sie wohnt und auch das sie Immobilien in der Obersteiermark hat. Von dem Herrn kenn ich natürlich auch die Lebensgeschichte. Obwohl die Kunden bis draußen anstanden machte er keine Anzeichen zum Ende zu kommen. Schließlich fragt er noch um die Handynummer und ob man auf einen Kaffee gehen kann. Mir hat dann der selbe auch noch mitgeteilt das er keine Münzen am Schalter annehmen kann und wieso ich nicht vorher woanders wechseln geh (zur Info, ich wechsle vorher, aber 4,91 bleiben halt nunmal Kleingeld) There is an employee in the Gratkorn branch who behaves absolutely inappropriately. Two weeks ago I was in line at the counter for 25 minutes, that can happen, but it was because the gentleman at the counter made such an uncomfortable hit on a customer. I stood behind her and overheard everything. I now know that the customer is 40, divorced, has 2 sons, where she lives and that she also has real estate in Upper Styria. Of course, I also know the life story of the Lord. Even though the customers queued up outside, he made no sign of the end. Finally he asks for the cell phone number and whether you can go for a coffee. The same guy told me that he couldn't accept any coins at the counter and why I didn't change somewhere else beforehand (for information, I'll change before, but 4.91 are just small change)
M	Martin Glawogger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal unkompetent, von Freundlichkeit nichts zu spüren, Hilfestellung bei Online Banking wurde verweigert. Immer nur 1 Schalter besetzt daher lange Warteschlange. Kein Schalterdienst am Nachmittag. Die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Damen, die vor einiger Zeit Beratungen machten, sind leider nicht mehr vor Ort. Diese Filiale ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Am besten ein paar Euro mehr für die Kontoführung zahlen und zum Nachbarn ( Steiermärkische Sparkasse) wechseln, da passt wirklich ALLES. Habe dies bereits gemacht und bin bestens zufrieden. Wer zur Steiermärkischen Sparkasse wechselt wird merken was wirklicher Service bedeutet. Staff incompetent, nothing to feel from friendliness, Assistance with online banking was refused. Always only 1 counter occupied therefore long queue. No counter service in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the friendly and helpful ladies who gave advice some time ago are no longer on site. Definitely do not recommend this branch. It's best to pay a few euros more for the account management and switch to the neighbor (Steiermärkische Sparkasse), because EVERYTHING really fits. I've done this before and I'm very happy. Anyone who switches to the Steiermärkische Sparkasse will notice what real service means.
