★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach fast 30 Jahren als Kundin der Sparkasse wurde ich in meinem Beschluss bestärkt die Bank zu wechseln. Die ständige Keilerei durch Callcenter um einen Termin mit dem Kundenbetreuer zu vereinbaren, um wieder neue Produkte reingewürgt zu bekommen. Die übertriebene Bürokratie bei Änderungen der eigenen Produkte (nur mit Termin), dass heisst für Berufstätige einen Urlaubstag in Anspruch zu nehmen... und die unverhohlene Unfreundlichkeit und das Desinteresse vom "Kundenbetreuer" in der Filiale Andritz, wenn es um eine Kündigung eines Produkts ohne Neuabschluss geht.... Ich habe genug, Danke und adieu
After almost 30 years as a customer of the Sparkasse, I was encouraged to change my bank. The constant keilerei through call centers to make an appointment with the customer advisor to get new products choked in again. The exaggerated bureaucracy when changing your own products (by appointment only) means taking a day off for working people ... and the undisguised unkindness and lack of interest of the "customer service representative" in the Andritz branch when it comes to terminating a product goes without a new degree .... I have enough, thank you and goodbye
