Das Schnitzel innerhalb der Panade solange mit Maschine geklopft, dass es beim Backen geschrumpft ist und teilweise eine leere Hülle Panade rundum vorhanden war! Nie wieder. Weniger als einen Punkt zu vergeben leider nicht möglich. Baked chicken thigh half-raw inside. Blood water leaked out when cut. Baked pork wiener: double breaded. Knocked the schnitzel inside the breading with the machine until it shrank when baking and there was an empty shell of breading all around! Never again. Unfortunately, it is not possible to award less than one point.

Doch dafür nehme ich NUR die beste Fleischqualität und die bekomme ich IMMER bei der Fleischerei BAUMGARTNER in Gloggnitz!!! Ich sag nur SALZKAMMER!! Das bedeutet "DRY AGE" perfekt abgehangenes z.B. Porterhouse-Steak, Tomahawk-Steak uvm.... I'm loving it!!!! ? TOP advice! Top quality! TOP selection! EVERYTHING fits with THIS butcher! I like to grill a lot & my friends really appreciate that. But for that I ONLY take the best meat quality and I ALWAYS get it from the BAUMGARTNER butcher in Gloggnitz !!! I only say SALT CHAMBER !! That means "DRY AGE" perfectly suspended e.g. Porterhouse steak, tomahawk steak and much more .... I'm loving it !!!! ?

Man könnte z.B. wiederverwendbare Gefäße mit geringem Pfand anbieten. In Zeiten wie diesen wäre ein Umdenken äußerst notwendig!! Christine The freshly prepared food tastes really excellent! BUT: Why does a plastic bowl have to be wrapped in plastic wrap! For example, one could offer reusable vessels with a low deposit. In times like these, a rethink would be extremely necessary!
