Family and authentic ambience. Very high quality and exclusively regional. I do not include price / performance in my rating; I think that everyone has to decide for themselves what the value is for a regional, small-scale economy.

I've been getting my fresh pork and beef from the König for several years and it's always great. No animals are sent across the country, but slaughtered at home

Eigene Produktion, eigener Hofladen, ausgezeichnete Qualität und freundliche Beratung.
Auch mal gut geeignet um Kindern beizubringen woher das Fleisch kommt... (in einer Umgebung die ideal für die Tiere ist und Bio - und mit einer Massenproduktion nichts zu tun hat. Hier steht die Qualität im Vordergrund!)
Preislich eher weiter oben angesiedelt, aber man bekommt auch viel für sein Geld!

Own production, own farm shop, excellent quality and friendly advice.
Also well suited to teach children where the meat is coming from ... (in an environment that is ideal for the animals and organic - and has nothing to do with mass production - quality is in the foreground!)
Priced higher up, but you also get a lot for your money!
