Diese drei Abschnitte wurden zügig und zu vollster zufriedenheit abgeschlossen. Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet! Das Ausheben der Baugrube, die Hinterfüllung und Verdichtung des Kellers sowie die Geländeanpassung wurden nach unseren Wünschen und mit hilfreichen Anmerkungen durchgeführt. Die Drainage des Kellers, die Verlegung der Regenwasserrohre und die dazugehörenden Sickerschächten wurden unter Mithilfe des Bauherrn ausgeführt. Hr. Prettenthaler selbst, gab immer wieder Hinweise wie man etwas anders oder besser machen könnte, ist dabei aber nicht aufdringlich und setzt nur das um was besprochen wurde. Insgesamt kann gesagt werden, dass Hr. Prettenthaler keinen „Tunnelblick“ aufweist und nicht nur bei seiner Arbeit überlegt handelt, sondern ebenfalls auf andere Dinge auf der Baustelle hinweist. Wir hatten während der gesamten Bauphase das Gefühl gut betreut und beraten zu werden und können dieses Unternehmen nur weiterempfehlen. The drainage of the cellar, the laying of the rainwater pipes and the associated drainage shafts were carried out with the help of the client. Mr. Prettenthaler himself, repeatedly gave advice on how to do something differently or better, but is not intrusive and only focuses on what has been discussed. Overall it can be said that Mr. Prettenthaler has no “tunnel vision” and not only acts deliberately in his work, but also points out other things on the construction site. During the entire construction phase, we had the feeling that we were well looked after and advised and can only recommend this company.
