Beim ersten Anruf waren sie höflich, nachdem sich dann 6 Monate niemand zurück gemeldet hat haben wir noch einmal angerufen. Daraufhin war die Dame unhöflich und meinte Sie werden sich melden und dies passiert bis dato (ca. 2 Jahre) nicht.
 We bought a single-family home from BAUART and wanted to change this and asked for building plans. The first time they called, they were polite, after 6 months no one answered, we called again. Then the lady was rude and said you will get in touch and this has not happened to date (approx. 2 years).
