★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind hier nur zufällig gelandet, da dass Karwendelgasthaus aufgrund von schlechten Wetter geschlossen hatte. Hier erwartete uns eine Ofengeheizte Stube und super nette und aufmerksame Wirte (Selbstbedienung. Da wir mit Hund waren, mussten wir einzeln bestellen, wurden direkt gefragt ob die Speisen gemeinsam gebracht werden sollen). Da es Hausgemachten Graukäse gab (und die Kühe neben an stehen) war die Wahl klar. Es war so unglaublich lecker! Hausgemachtes Joghurt ect. wird auch angeboten, bei uns wurde es jedoch noch ein Kaiserschmarrn (sehr lecker) und ein Apfelstrudel bei meiner Freundin. Das war der Weltbeste Apfelstrudel in meinem Leben. Für den allein komme ich wieder :D Genuss hoch 10 auf dieser Alm!
 We only ended up here by chance, as the Karwendelgasthaus was closed due to bad weather. An oven-heated room and super nice and attentive hosts awaited us here (self-service. Since we were with a dog, we had to order individually, they were asked directly whether the food should be brought together). Since there was homemade gray cheese (and the cows are standing next to them) the choice was clear. It was so delicious! Homemade yogurt ect. is also offered, but we got a Kaiserschmarrn (very tasty) and an apple strudel with my girlfriend. That was the world's best apple strudel in my life. For that alone I'll be back: D Enjoyment to the power of 10 on this alpine pasture!

With the train up then there are many opportunities for hiking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette Hütte, freundliches Personal, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, jedoch sind die Preise schon sehr sportlich! Die Hütte kann bequem über eine Forststrasse beliefert werden… deshalb zu teuer!
Nice hut, friendly staff, good starting point for hikes, but the prices are very sporty! The hut can be comfortably supplied via a forest road ... therefore too expensive!
