★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erster "Neuer Gemeindebau" der Stadt Wien. Eröffnet im November 2019. Er wurde nach der 2014 verstorbenen ersten Nationalratspräsidentin Barbara Prammer (SPÖ) benannt. An die Frauenpolitikerin erinnert auch ein Kunstwerk im Eingangsbereich: Dabei handelt es sich um ein großflächiges Mosaik mit Zitaten Prammers, das von Elio Macoritto geschaffen worden ist.
 First "new community building" of the city of Vienna. Opened in November 2019. It was named after the first President of the National Council, Barbara Prammer (SPÖ), who died in 2014. A work of art in the entrance area is also reminiscent of the women's politician: this is a large-scale mosaic of quotations by Prammer, created by Elio Macoritto.
