★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst concert location in Vienna. The acoustics are absolutely dreadful (yeah, I know, a good engineer can make this abomination of a concert hall work, but the base acoustics are just horrible), Ventilation is pretty bad (be prepared for people passing out during summmer in a sold-out concert), and for some reason they close all doors except for 2 small side entries. Which means up to 4000 People will have to make their way through two tiny side entries.
Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place for gigs. There are many artists and various kinds of music. It's pretty well organised, two entrences - one from outside (shorter way to the stage) and from inside from shopping centre. The hall it's not so big but the stage is wide, and the sound is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Anderson .Paak's concert a week ago. The venue was a big fat disappointment, it looked like some forsaken mall of 90's. Only 2 places to eat - an Italian "restaurant" (bistro would suit more) and a Greek fast food which claims to be a restaurant as well. On the ground floor you can find grocery stores and a drug store along with McDonald's and McCafe. The place is massive with no English signs at all. As per the concert hall - I've never had such a terrible sound experience. Dear people, if you ever go there to a concert DO NOT buy tickets to the right or left sides of the balcony. Only center balcony or the standing places next to the stage are the spots you can actually hear everything from (btw the tickets were in German as if that's the only language the human race speaks). During the whole show I couldn't recognize most of my favorite songs because of the destroying bass coming from the gigantic speaker facing our side. Felt like the place was built without consulting with sound engineers which I wouldn't expect from a nation who worships order (which is absolutely amazing) and arranges everything perfectly.
And last but not least. Anderson was perfect! An absolutely stunning professional! I adore him!!!
p.s.
Don't know if the lighting and screen visuals were set by the crew or the venue members but it was fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Jason Mraz event today there. The entrance is crowded, long lines to put your jackets to the checkroom. You cannot bring in any food, drinks or deodorant sprays due to security reasons. The hall is small, and the sound was below average quality. They didn't have any scanners to check barcodes on the tickets, they were inspected manually ty taking a quick look so in theory people could have cheated easily to get in.
