Jänner 2018: Eine Bandage-die Hälfte wurde von der Krankenkasse übernommen-dreimal so teuer wie Online erhältlich!!! November 2018: Kontakt mit Verkaufpersonal unglaublich arrogant,frustriert!!! Arrogant, frustrated staff, incredibly overpriced! Total rip off! Definitely avoid and avoid it !!! January 2018: A bandage - half of it was covered by the health insurance company - three times as expensive as available online! November 2018: Contact with sales staff incredibly arrogant, frustrated !!!
C	Christine Weberndorfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In der Werkstatt eine tolle Beratung, im Geschäft, sehr unfreundliche, offenbar Geschäftsführerin, es war eine Ware, die original verpackt war umzutauschen. Sie wurde nicht umgetauscht. Die Produkte sind haltlos überteuert. Ein Stützstrumpf kostet beim Heindl 65.- exakt das gleiche Produkt vom gleichen Hersteller kostet im Internet 25.- !!!!! Das ist einfach nur Abzocke...??? Great advice in the workshop, in the shop, very unfriendly, apparently manager, it was a commodity that was originally packed to be exchanged. It was not exchanged. The products are overpriced. A support stocking for Heindl costs 65.- exactly the same product from the same manufacturer costs 25.- on the Internet !!!!! This is just rip-off ... ???
J	Judith Wieser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen bin grad wirklich sauer und auch enttäuscht das man so mit sich reden und umspringen lassen muss. Manche Mitarbeiter sind sehr unfreundlich und meinen auch sie dürfen laut werden gegenüber Kunden am Telefon. Ich kenne die aktuelle Situation und gerade deswegen muss ich schauen woher ich schnellstmöglich ein Gerät bekomme ubd dann muss ich nicht so mit mir umspringen lassen weil ich bei einen anderen sanitätshaus angefragt habe wo nicht mal sicher ist das sie eines haben bzw bestellen können und die dame meint mich dann deswegen am Telefon dumm anzumachen. Da werde ich auch nach der krise nicht mehr hingehen und hoffe für mein gerät das ich damals dort geholt habe nichts zu brauchen. Not to be recommended I'm really upset and also disappointed that you have to talk to yourself and let go. Some employees are very unfriendly and also think they should be loud to customers on the phone. I know the current situation and that's why I have to look where I can get a device from as soon as possible ubd then I don't have to bother with me because I asked another medical supply company where it is not even sure that you have one or can order one and the lady then thinks to make me stupid on the phone. I won't go there even after the crisis and I hope I won't need anything for my device that I got there back then.

Absolut ungenügende Information über Kosten, ich wurde 2x zur Kassa gebeten, Kaufabwicklung wurde nicht zurück retourniert und letztendlich war mein Kauf deutlich teurer (trotz Krankenkassazuzahlung!!!) als im vegleichbaren Onlinehandel. Das geht gar nicht!!!!! Hätte ich mir doch besser die vorhergehenden Bewertungen durchgelesen.... Incredible! That was definitely my last visit to this medical supply store. Absolutely insufficient information about costs, I was asked 2x to the cash desk, purchase processing was not returned and in the end my purchase was significantly more expensive (despite health insurance payment !!!) than in comparable online shops. That is not how it works!!!!! I would have better read the previous reviews ...

Da am Telefon immer nur die Ansage kam "sie werden gleich verbunden " bin ich mit dem Bus von Allerheiligen aus hinuntergefahren und stand dann leider vor verschlossener Tür. Sehr Kundenfreundlich!!! Wanted to buy a seat cushion today. According to the Internet, the shop should be open on Saturday morning. Since the only announcement on the phone was "you will be connected soon", I took the bus down from All Saints' Day and then unfortunately stood in front of the locked door. Very customer friendly !!!
H	Herbert Schiener on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gerade im Geschäft, sehr unfreundliche Verkäuferin. Erster Satz war haben sie angerufen. Kam gerade vom Arzt mit einer verordnung. Musste auch anrufen ob noch jemand da ist und dann erst um 14 Uhr wieder wo ich kaum gehen kann. Wenns minussterne geben würde würde ich minus Sterne geben Nie mehr wieder Was just in the store, very rude sales lady. First sentence was they called. Just came from the doctor with a prescription. I also had to call to see if anyone was still there and then again at 2 p.m. when I can hardly walk. If there were negative stars, I would give negative stars Never again
