Sie wollte lieber Kaffee Trinken gehen als mir was zu verkaufen! Hat mir regelrecht die Tür aufgehalten, so quasi gehe jetzt, ich will Kaffee trinken gehen! Und das hat Sie mir auch gesagt! Wort wörtlich! Ich wollte noch was haben und fragen - sie wollte nicht mehr auf mein Gespräch eingehen! Ich war aber trotzdem friedlich und ruhig! Es gibt auch andere Geschäfte wo man schön und nett für sein Kind einkaufen kann! Ich werde in meinem Freundeskreis von meinem netten einkauf eräzhlen! Vielleicht überlegen sie sich doch wo anders einkaufen zu gehen! PERSÖNLICHE MEINUNG! Dreadful! Unfriendly, arrogant, just terrible! I wanted to buy and I bought it too! She rolled her eyes the whole time! She would rather go have a coffee than sell me something! Literally held the door open for me, so pretty much go now, I want to go for a coffee! And she told me that too! Word literally! I wanted to have something else and to ask - she didn't want to go into my conversation any more! But I was still peaceful and calm! There are also other shops where you can do nice and nice shopping for your child! I will tell my friends about my nice shopping! Maybe they think about going shopping somewhere else after all! PERSONAL OPINION!
A	Alice Retzl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anscheinend wollte die Dame gerade auf Pause gehen und hat mir widerwillig und mit dramatischem Augenverdrehen dann doch die Tür aufgemacht. Die Beratung war katastrophal, sie hat mir in 10 Minuten irgendwelche Spitzenschuhe verkauft, die nie richtig gepasst haben. Erst als ich lange Zeit später eine ausführliche Beratung bei Jump In in der Neubaugasse hatte, (die über eine Stunde gedauert hat) weiss ich wie furchtbar der Service bei Dance Flo wirklich war. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, nie wieder. Apparently the lady was just about to take a break and then reluctantly and dramatically rolled her eyes open the door for me. The advice was disastrous, in 10 minutes they sold me some pointe shoes that never fitted properly. It wasn't until a long time later that I had extensive advice at Jump In in Neubaugasse (which lasted over an hour), I know how terrible the service at Dance Flo really was. Absolutely not recommendable, never again.

L	Lili Oneara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, arrogant, and downright snobby. I'm sorry that my very young daughter had to witness such scarring, frightening behaviour from the "madam" behind the counter. Never going there again, and will be ordering all our ballet goods and accessories in the future (and there will be many years of these ahead) from other establishments. I'm sure if they can afford to be this terrible to customers (or customers they choose to pick on) then they can afford to lose the money.
