B	B. BSS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder!!! An diesem Ort zählt der Kunde leider gar nichts. Wir kamen um 11.03 Uhr an einem Montag, um zu frühstücken. „Frühstück nur bis elf!“ wurde uns kurz und knapp und sehr unfreundlich vermittelt. Das Frühstücksangebot wird groß und breit auf einem Plakat am Eingang vermittelt, ohne Angabe von Zeiten. „Ich habe dieses Plakat noch nie gelesen!“ war die Erwiderung der Angestellten auf unseren Hinweis zu der fehlenden zeitlichen Beschränkung. Also nicht nur unfreundlich, sondern auch schlecht bis gar nicht geschult. Und noch nie etwas von Kundenorientierung gehört. Traurig, dass man sich als freundlicher Tourist im Urlaub so behandeln lassen muss... Never again!!! Unfortunately, the customer doesn't count for anything in this place. We came in at 11.03am on a Monday for breakfast. “Breakfast only until eleven!” Was conveyed to us briefly and very unfriendly. The breakfast offer is presented large and wide on a poster at the entrance, without specifying times. “I've never read this poster!” Was the response of the employees to our reference to the missing time limit. So not only unfriendly, but also poorly or not at all trained. And never heard of customer focus. Sad that as a friendly tourist you have to be treated like this on vacation ...
S	SilentSage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr früh am Tag schon keine Backwaren mehr, sodass wir paar mal weiter fahren durften um eine Alternative zu finden. Unfortunately, there were no more baked goods very early in the day, so we were allowed to drive on a few times to find an alternative.
C	Christian Endlich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hohes Besucheraufkommen, eher unfreundliches Personal. Wer frische Ware will darf nicht nach 0900h kommen. High number of visitors, rather unfriendly staff. If you want fresh goods, you shouldn't come after 0900.
