★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da gibt es auch gesunde Sachen wie zB Brot mit Sauerteig, Brot ohne Weizenmehl (zB auch eine Variante mit Buchweizen und Dinkel) und sogar Dinkelsemmeln, Dinkelsalzstangerln, Dinkel... . Natürlich auch Roggenprodukte und noch einiges mehr.
Für mich da ich Weizenmehl nicht gut vertrage voll super.

For me, because I don't tolerate wheat flour well, that's great.
