★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voller "Reinfaller" Ich hätte mir vorgestellt das man im Museum zu mindestens alte Teigmaschinen und sonstiges gebräuchliches in einer Bäckerei sieht. Oder wenigstens das man vielleicht verschiedene Brote im Shop kaufen kann. Nichts davon. Nur Geschirr in einem Raum. Keine Ahnung was das mit Bäckerei zu tun hat. Nicht zu empfehlen.
Full of "failures" I would have imagined that one would see at least old dough machines and other common things in a bakery in the museum. Or at least that you can maybe buy different types of bread in the shop. None of that. Only dishes in a room. I have no idea what that has to do with bakery. Not recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten uns heute um 15:45 das Bäckereimuseum anschauen und anschließen auf einen Kaffee und Kuchen ins Brotcafe. Leider war geschlossen, ein Schild mit der Aufschrift "Wegen Umbau Zugang über Tor" aber auch dieses war versperrt. Wenn geschlossen ist, sollten diese Informationen auf der Internetseite und auf der Website für die Niederösterreichcard entsprechend eingetragen werden um nicht umsonst die Fahrt zu machen.
Today we wanted to look at the bakery museum at 15:45 and join them for a coffee and cake in the Brotcafe. Unfortunately, it was closed, a sign saying "Due to conversion access via gate" but also this was locked. If closed, this information should be entered on the website and on the website for the Lower Austria Card so as not to drive in vain.
