Heute Sonntag 7.45 Uhr morgens ) gekauft 5 Semmel davon 4 überhaupt nicht knusprig ergo muss man selbst nachbacken :((( Dann der Dialog mit dem Mitarbeiter richtig gehend kafkaesk! Ich bestelle 5 Semmeln und 1 Kipferl ;) ER: Handsemmeln? Ich verdutzt: 5 Semmeln Er: Handsemmeln? Ich: Hab ich Semmeln oder Handsemmeln gesagt? Er angefressen, packt 5 Semmel ein und lässt diese nicht los obwohl er das Geld schon hat!!! OK denk ich mir wird schon halt oft im Leben bestohlen worden sein ;) Ich kontrolliere das Restgeld und die Ware siehe das Kipferl fehlt! Ich: Was ist mit dem Kipferl? Er: Wie soll ich das verstehen wenn Sie von draußen reinschreien! So ich stand im Türrahmen (wegen dem Hund, Oberkörper im Lokal direkt neben der Theke ergo direkt neben dem Verkaufspersonal!!!) den Semmel Dialog hat er verstanden das Kipferl nicht und das alles bei normaler Stimmlage ;) :))) ABER ER BETREIBT SCHULDUMKEHR LOL Aber es geht noch weiter ;) Er: Welches Kipferl? (Anm. Ja es gibt mehrere aber die haben alle eine Fachbezeichnung wie zB Croissant etc.) Ich: ein Normales! Er: Wie soll i des wissen! Meine Generation sagt zu diesem Verkaufsvorgang "Völlig Irre Oida" Da es so gut wie kein knuspriges Gebäck mehr gibt ergo man zu Hause immer nach backen muss, das Verkaufspersonal immer Verhaltens auffälliger wird ein endgültiges NOGO für mich :((( UPDATE 10/2020 Nach der Kritik im Video wurde reagiert und siehe 2tes Video gibt es wieder goldbraune, knusprige Semmerl! Auch der Verkauf wurde scheinbar aufgewertet! Ergo professionell, statt streitsücchtig oder gar feindselig reagiert ??? wieder14.6.2020 Nach einem Jahr wieder einmal rein geschaut ? um 11 Uhr 5 Semmeln gekauft und alle LETSCHERT (LABBRIG) Da knusperts 0 ??? siehe Video! Habe alle 5 dem Hund gegeben aber der hat nach der 2ten verweigert! GRAUSLICH ? Leider nur mehr 1 Stern! Durch die Urlaubszeit ist die gewohnte Freundlichkeit total verloren gegangen! Grüßen oder gar lächeln ein absolutes Tabu ??? Ja und von Hunde freundlich auf total Hunde Feindlich umgeschwenkt! ACHTUNG MIT HUND IST MAN HIER NUN MENSCH 2TER KLASSE! Nach 10 Jahren nun ein absolut asoziales NoGo für mich ??? UPDATE 10/3/2021 Now a final NOGO because goods and staff are unprofessional! Today, Sunday 7.45 a.m.) bought 5 rolls of which 4 not at all crispy ergo you have to bake it yourself: ((( Then the dialogue with the employee is really kafkaesque! I order 5 rolls and 1 croissant;) ER: Hand rolls? I'm puzzled: 5 rolls He: Hand rolls? Me: Did I say rolls or hand rolls? He ate, packs 5 rolls and doesn't let go of them even though he already has the money! OK, I think I will have been robbed many times in my life;) I check the remaining money and the goods see the croissant is missing! Me: What about the croissant? He: How am I supposed to understand that when you shout in from outside! So I was standing in the door frame (because of the dog, upper body in the bar right next to the counter, ergo right next to the sales staff !!!) He didn't understand the bread roll, the croissant and all of that with a normal voice;) :))) BUT HE DOES DEBT REVERSAL LOL But there is more;) He: Which Kipferl? (Note yes there are several but they all have a technical name such as croissant etc.) Me: a normal one! He: How should I know! My generation says "Totally Crazy Oida" about this sales process Since there are hardly any crispy pastries left ergo you always have to bake at home, the sales staff is always more conspicuous, a final NOGO for me: ((( UPDATE 10/2020 After the criticism in the video there was a reaction and see the 2nd video there are golden-brown, crispy rolls again! The sale has also apparently been upgraded! Ergo professionally, instead of being contentious or even hostile ??? 6/14/2020 After a year we checked in again ? bought 5 rolls at 11 a.m. and all LETSCHERT (LABBRIG) there crispy 0 ??? see video! I gave all 5 to the dog but he refused after the 2nd! TERRIBLE ? Unfortunately only 1 star! The usual friendliness has been totally lost during the vacation time! Greetings or even smile an absolute taboo ??? Yes and switched from dog friendly to totally dog hostile! ATTENTION WITH A DOG YOU ARE NOW 2TH CLASS PEOPLE! After 10 years now an absolutely anti-social NoGo for me ???

J	Julia Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider immer das gleiche, wenn ich ausnahmsweise sonntags mal ein Kipferl hole - nur die 'Stammkundschaft' wird freundlich und herzlich bedient und es wird geplaudert. Als Normalo fühlt man sich eher als Störfaktor. Schade, nächstes Mal wieder Bäckerei Schwarz - trotzdem viel los ist freundlich und bemüht. Unfortunately, it's always the same when, as an exception, I get a croissant on a Sunday - only the 'regular customers' are served in a friendly and cordial manner and there is chat. As a normal person, one feels more like a disruptive factor. It's a shame, next time back to the Schwarz bakery - but there is still a lot going on, friendly and hard-working.
V	V. M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedienung unambitioniert. Lange Wartezeit für Kaffee, das Glas Wasser dazu unappetitlich verschmutzt. Von 2 Zuckerpaketchen war eines bereits geöffnet! Krapfen geschmacklos. Schade... War schon mal besser.... Operation unambitious. Long waiting time for coffee, the glass of water was unappetisingly dirty. One of the 2 packets of sugar was already open! Donut tasteless. Too bad... Was better...
v	vbc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um 08.00 Uhr nix los. Alle Schüler schon versorgt. Bedienung passt, nicht übertrieben nett, sondern genau richtig. Mit einem Booster Krapferl kann man dann auch richtig in dem Tag starten. Nothing going on at 8:00 a.m. All students already taken care of. Service fits, not overly nice, but just right. You can start the day off right with a Booster Krapferl.
