Nicht nur das ständig jemand anderes dort steht muss man auch aufpassen wem man erwischt. Wartezeit einplanen, weil schnell geht hier nix. Egal wann ich her komme, aber oft in der Früh stehen schon 5 Leute und die zweite Angestellte kommt nicht mal nach vorne sondern verharrt an ihrer Stelle beim Ofen, unverständlich ???? In the beginning a nice coffee but lately a horrible one. Not only is there always someone else there, you also have to watch who you get caught. Schedule waiting time, because nothing works fast here. No matter when I come here, but often in the morning are already 5 people and the second employee does not even come forward but remains in their place by the stove, incomprehensible

When I came on July 31 at 16:35 to collect my TooGoodToGo order I was able to see what the lady before me got in her magic bag. She got 3-4 times more food than I got. It was so disproportional and so unfair that I even came back and asked for a receipt. It is disrespectful that some customers for the same money are getting much more than the others. Felber employees should be trained to treat customers fairly.

We are collecting too good to go bags fight against waste and it's not just for us, we give away to the people who really needs help. And since this Asian women started working there, she is always very rude to the people who is collecting too good to go bags. We used to receive a great amount of food from a nice older lady. But this Asian women always give us less than half of the amount that we used to receive. Sometimes, we are in the hurry and we showed up 5 minutes earlier, and she won't give the bag to us, we told her, that we will need to go somewhere else, but she insists that we need to wait until the exact time. We found that she is usually friendly to white people, but very unfriendly to Asians. Please, is she also Asian herself? !
