H	Holger Weininger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also wir waren gestern das erste mal dort mit unseren 2 Mädels 5 & 8 Jahren und es war einfach nur Mega gut ! - Der Jeepfahrer Total nett und Hilfsbereit! - oben in der Hütte ,mega Nette Bedienung , kleine Auswahl an Essen (Aber jeder findet was) und total mega Lecker (keine Dosen Gulaschsuppe) Es ist einfach ein Besuch wert So yesterday we were there for the first time with our 2 girls 5 & 8 years and it was just mega good! - The jeep driver was totally nice and helpful! - upstairs in the hut, very nice service, small selection of food (but everyone can find something) and totally delicious (no cans of goulash soup) Well worth a visit

Wer möchte kann ca. 20-30 Minuten hochlaufen (was wir immer tun) oder man lässt sich ganz bequem hochfahren. Ein Highlight ist dann oben die Bacheralm und viele selbstgemachte regionale Speisen. Man merkt sofort, dass es sich hier um ein Familienbetrieb handelt. Alle sind so herzlich. Von der Bedienung auf der Bacheralm bis hin zum Fahrer (vor allem der ältere Herr, der sogar wenn man will die Rodeln mit rauffährt auch wenn man selbst nach oben läuft). Service wird hier groß geschrieben. Ein großes Stück Tiroler Gastfreundschaft. Everything is just right here and has been for many years. The toboggan run is prepared several times a day. If you want, you can walk up for about 20-30 minutes (which we always do) or you can easily drive up. A highlight is the Bacheralm and many homemade regional dishes. You can tell right away that this is a family business. Everyone is so welcoming. From the service on the Bacheralm to the driver (especially the older gentleman, who even drives up the toboggan if you want to, even if you walk up there yourself). Service is very important here. A large piece of Tyrolean hospitality.
P	P. S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tun sie sich einen Gefallen und nutzen sie eine der vielen anderen tollen Möglichkeiten zu rodeln. Wir haben zu Fuß die bergstation erreicht, um da Tickets für 7 Schlitten zu kaufen. Diese sollten wir uns draußen selbstständig wegnehmen. Einige standen vor der Hütte. Andere in einer Garage. Unten angekommen sagte der Mitarbeiter uns, dass wir 2 Schlitten von Gästen der berghütte genommen hätten, worauf wir ihn auf mangelnde beschilderung (nämlich gar keine) und fehlende Einweisung hinwiesen. Ab da wurde er unsachlich und unterstellte uns noch oben doch nicht bezahlt zu haben und körperliche Gewalt angedroht. Dieser Mann gehört einfach in die Rente oder in eine einsame Hütte aber sicherlich nicht in den Tourismus. Ersparen sie sich so ein Erlebnis und nutzen sie die anderen Bahnen mit fähigen Mitarbeitern und gut organisiertem Betrieb. Do yourself a favor and use one of the many other great opportunities to go sledding. We reached the mountain station on foot to buy tickets for 7 sledges. We should take these away from ourselves outside. Some stood in front of the hut. Others in a garage. When we arrived at the bottom, the employee told us that we had taken 2 sledges from guests of the mountain hut, whereupon we pointed out the lack of signage (namely none at all) and a lack of instruction. From then on he became irrelevant and insinuated that he hadn't paid us upstairs and threatened physical violence. This man simply belongs in retirement or in a lonely hut, but certainly not in tourism. Save yourself such an experience and use the other railways with capable employees and well-organized operations.
C	Caroline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren schon 5mal dort. Die Besitzer sind super nett und die Rodelbahn macht total Spaß. Man wird bis 20 Uhr mit einem Jeep nach oben gefahren. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! We have been there 5 times. The owners are super nice and the toboggan run is great fun. You will be driven up in a jeep until 8 p.m. I can only recommend!
E	E. Tetzko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr herzliche Hüttenwirtin, als auch Bedienung. Essen ist wirklich lecker (Kaspressknödel, Krautsalat, Apfelkuchen) und preislich absolut fair. Die Abfahrt mit dem Rodel hat es wirklich in sich! Nichts für schwache Nerven, aber auch ziemlich spaßig. Wenn man die ca 20 Minuten Fußweg nicht bewältigen möchte, kann man sich bequem für ein paar Euro mit dem Jeep nach oben fahren lassen. Very warm hut landlady and service. The food is really delicious (cheese dumplings, coleslaw, apple pie) and the price is absolutely fair. The descent with the toboggan is really tough! Not for the faint of heart, but pretty fun too. If you don't want to cope with the 20 minute walk, you can comfortably take the jeep to the top for a few euros.
