Ich habe teile telefonisch bestellt die angeblich lagernd waren waren sie sber nicht ... dann wurde mir telefonisch gesagt das sie 150 euro kosten gekostet haben sie aber 200 ... alls die teile endlich ankamen war das Blödeste, dass drotz bekanntgabe der Fahrgestellnummer die Teile nicht passten ... wollte ich die Teile zurückbringen was soll ich machen wenn sie nicht passen jetzt werden mir 16 euro für Rückgabe verrechnet .... Frechheit da braucht man sich als Fachhandel nicht wundern warum viel online bestellt wird weil ganz ehrlich bei online habe ich keine Versankosten und auch keine Kosten beim zurückschicken !! Bin selber verkäufer und versuche daher vor Ort zu kaufen aber bei euch NIE WIEDER !!!
Schon gar nicht wenn man bei betreten des geschäftes nicht mal begrüßt wird !
Very unfriendly and incompetent! I have ordered parts of the phone allegedly stocked were they were not sber ... then I was told by phone that they cost 150 euros cost them but 200 ... all the parts finally arrived was the stupidest that drotz announce the chassis number the parts did not fit ... I wanted to bring back the parts what should I do if they do not fit now 16 euro will be charged for return .... impudence because you do not need to wonder as a retailer why a lot is ordered online because quite honest with online I have no shipping costs and no costs to send back! I am a seller myself and therefore try to buy locally but NEVER AGAIN !!!
Especially not if you are not even greeted when entering the shop!
