He focuses on you and your needs and not on a 'general' personal training programme. His fitness studio concept isn't cold but inviting - it always feels like you're going to train with family. Erasmus' extensive knowledge on fitness, mental and nutrition is incredible. There is never a training day that leaves me feeling like I didn't get my values worth. Since working with Erasmus my self-confidence has sky-rocketed because I love my body and love how it's strong for me.
