Besonders hervorheben möchte ich hier Hr. Jürgen Uhl, der uns durch das ganze Projekt begleitet hat, von Anfang bis Ende. Wir haben mit ihm eine super Zusammenarbeit gehabt und wurden in jeglicher Hinsicht sehr gut beraten! Wer stressfrei, zuverlässig und sicher bauen oder kaufen will, macht hier ganz sicher nix falsch. Alle meine Anliegen wurden sofort bearbeitet und der gesamte Kaufprozess wurde seriös abgewickelt, was mir besonders wichtig war. Die Bauqualität ist ebenso positiv hervorzuheben (wovon ich mich im Laufe des Baufortschrittes regelmäßig selbst überzeugen konnte). I was well looked after when buying two apartments from the planning to the rental. All my concerns were dealt with immediately and the entire purchase process was handled seriously, which was particularly important to me. The quality of construction is also to be emphasized positively (of which I was able to convince myself regularly in the course of the construction progress).

Sonst stehen sie am Ende mit eine Unmenge an Mängeln da, die niemand mehr behebt, außer sie selbst. Sollten sie den Weg nicht mit Experten und Anwälten gehen, kalkulieren sie mindestens 30% vom Kaufpreis für die Mängelbehebung im Nachgang ein. Beweise dafür gibt es genügend, zum Beispiel auch bei Pfusch am Bau auf ATV. We advise all buyers to be very careful right from the start and to constantly involve experts in the construction and implementation. Otherwise you end up with a huge number of defects that no one can correct, except yourself. If you do not go the way with experts and lawyers, calculate at least 30% of the purchase price for the subsequent correction. There is enough evidence of this, for example also in the case of botched ATV construction.
