â â â â â Feuchte WĂ€nde, viel Stress und wochenlang verzögerte Antworten! Nach nun 15 Monaten verlassen wir unser Mietobjekt, da die Feuchtigkeit bereits die Tapete von der Wand drĂŒckt. Knapp 6 Monate haben wir reklamiert, ohne Erfolg. Nun nach der KĂŒndigung tut sich etwas, ich wĂŒnsche dem neuen Mieter mehr Erfolg!
 Damp walls, a lot of stress and responses delayed for weeks! After 15 months we are leaving our rental property because the moisture is already pushing the wallpaper off the wall. We made a complaint for almost 6 months, without success. Now, after the termination, something is happening, I wish the new tenant more success!

â â â â â Ich habe bei der Firma PW 2 Jahre gewohnt(ausgezogen wegen Nachwuchs) und ich kann nur das beste berichten. Toller Service, nette Leute von denen man immer gut beraten wird, super tolle Wohnung, frisch renoviert. Wenn irgendetwas kaputt war, ist jemand innerhalb von 24h kommen. Anmeldung schnell und unkompliziert, bei der Abmeldung auch sehr geholfen. Es waren zwei wunderschöne Jahre(nicht nur wegen meines erstes Kindes?) wurde ich jederzeit empfehlen...
I lived with PW for 2 years (moved out because of offspring) and I can only report the best. Great service, nice people from whom you will always be well advised, great apartment, newly renovated. If anything was broken, someone will come within 24h. Registration fast and uncomplicated, with the deregistration also helped a lot. It was two wonderful years (not only because of my first child) I would recommend at any time ...

Besonders möchten wir die schnelle, provisionsfreie und kompetente Vermittlung durch Tamara hervorheben! Auch seitdem wir da wohnen, ist sie unsere Ansprechpartnerin, wenn etwas kaputt ist, oder wir Fragen haben und wir sind sehr dankbar fĂŒr ihre freundliche und bemĂŒhte Art, sich unserer Anliegen anzunehmen. Bisher wurde alles schnell, kompetent und professionell bearbeitet! Dazu ist sie sehr sympathisch und freundlich.
Wir haben also mit Projekt Wohnen insbesondere durch Tamara Palijan nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht!
We looked for a suitable apartment for a long time until we found our apartment through Projekt Wohnen and a very competent realtor - Tamara Palijan. We would particularly like to highlight the fast, commission-free and competent placement by Tamara! Since we have lived there, she has been our contact person if something is broken or we have questions and we are very grateful for her friendly and eager way to take care of our concerns. So far everything has been handled quickly, competently and professionally! She is also very personable and friendly.
We have only had positive experiences with Projekt Wohnen, especially through Tamara Palijan!
