Already rented twice and everything was absolutely uncomplicated and courteous! Any time! Bus was also the optimal size for our purposes (touring bus)!

Nach 250 km fahren schickt der Herr Bauer mich eine Nachricht über willhaben: "Das Auto ist leider schon verkauft". Mir fehlen noch mehr Wörter ! Unzuverlässig, unprofessionell???
We had an appointment for a car inspection.
After driving 250 km, Mr. Bauer sends me a message about willhaben: "Unfortunately, the car has already been sold". I'm missing more words! Unreliable, unprofessional???

Ich habe hier in Deutschland (Hamburg) ein Ersatzteil gebraucht, was tatsächlich nur Autoteile-Bauer auf Lager hatte.
Dieses besagte Teil, war nach Bestellung in kürzester Zeit in Hamburg und eingebaut.
Immer wieder gerne!
A really great shop, highly recommended.
Here in Germany (Hamburg) I needed a spare part that only auto parts builders had in stock.
This said part was in Hamburg and installed in a very short time after ordering.
