★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte ein Auto kaufen, man sagte mir mehrmals am Telefon dass das Fahrzeug im besten Zustand ist, hatte sogar die Finanzierung durch und das Auto sei abholbereit. Als ich ankam das Auto zu besichtigen, war das ein verbeultes und rostiges Auto, eine Katastrophe. Als ich das dem Chef sagte fing er an zu lachen und sagte das ist das Auto, ein Auto das 17000 kostet. Bin 500km ein Weg dafür gefahren für dieses Auto, kosten die mir niemand erstattet. War weit entfernt von im besten Zustand wie er am Telefon mir erzählte.
Ein Stern ist schon zu viel.
Ein sehr unseriöser Händler.
Wanted to buy a car, I was told several times on the phone that the vehicle was in the best condition, even had the financing through and the car was ready to be picked up. When I got to inspect the car, it was a dented and rusty car, a disaster. When I said this to the boss he started to laugh and said this is the car, a car that costs 17,000. I drove 500km one way for this car, no one reimbursed me for it. Far from in the best shape he told me on the phone.
One star is already too many.
A very dubious dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DURCH UND DURCH UNSERIÖS.
Angebotenes KFZ: Peugeot Traveller, BJ 2019, 42.000 km für rund € 36.990,- ausgeschrieben.
Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat:
+ Kontakt klang sehr bemüht und freundlich.
Wo sehen wir Verbesserungspotential:
- Erstkontaktaufnahme: Leider war über mehrere Anrufe hinweg, der richtige Ansprechpartner nicht klar/erreichbar - ich wurde über 2 Tage lang nicht zurückgerufen und bekam keinerlei Informationen. Beharrlichkeit vom potentiellen Kunden ist sozusagen vorausgesetzt.
- Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass unklar sei, ob das KFZ überhaupt zum Verkauf stünde, obwohl KFZ auf der Unternehmenswebsite und Autoscout24/Gebrauchtwagen zum Verkauf angeboten wurde.
- Als der Verkaufsstatus vermeintlich geklärt war, wurden wir nachträglich kontaktiert und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir das KFZ kaufen können. Zustand und Modalitäten wurden telefonisch bereits geklärt (Zahlung des KFZ in bar etc.).
-Abholung: Zwei Tage vor dem geplanten Abholtermin versuchte ich mir die Uhrzeit des Termins bestätigen zu lassen. Leider konnte ich die zuständigen Personen nicht erreichen und wurde weder zurückgerufen noch wurde mir meine SMS beantwortet.
Am Tag vor der Abholung kontaktierte ich dann direkt das Autohaus, nachdem ich von den zuständigen Personen nicht kontaktiert wurde. Ich wurde an Hrn. Clemens Büchel weitergereicht, dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Auto bereits an jemand anders versprochen oder doch nicht zu verkaufen sei. So genau wisse er das nicht, jedenfalls sei es für uns nicht zu haben.
Sehr ärgerlich von uns, da wir alles in die Wege geleitet hatten, Urlaub genommen, Anästhesiegespräch für einen OP Termin verschoben, Geld in bar organisiert, Versicherungstermine aufgesetzt ... etc. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass wir die Herrschaften beim Vereinbaren der Modalitäten und zuvor über unsere Aufwände aufklärten.
Fazit:
- Es wurde ein unverkäufliches KFZ angeboten.
- Informationsfluss/Kommunikation ist überdurchschnittlich schlecht - geht definitiv zulasten des Kunden.
- Versprochene Rückruftermine wurden nicht eingehalten.
- Uns wurden als potentielle Kunden falsche Versprechungen gemacht.
- Gänzliche Gleichgültigkeit über den Umsand der nichtigen Versprechungen des Autohaus Büchls.
- Summa summarum haben wir rund 3 Wochen verschwendet.
Für mich der unseriöseste Kontakt den ich bisher mit Autohändlern hatte & selten für einen Autokauf so viel Lebenszeit verschwendet.
Somit kann ich hier weder eine Kaufempfehlung noch sonstiges aussprechen.
THROUGH AND THROUGH UNSERIOUS.

What we particularly liked:
+ Contact sounded very hard and friendly.
Where do we see potential for improvement:
- Initial contact: Unfortunately, the right contact person was not clear / available over several calls - I was not called back for 2 days and received no information. Persistence from the potential customer is assumed, so to speak.
- We were told that it was unclear whether the car was even for sale, although KFZ was offered for sale on the company website and Autoscout24 / used cars.
- When the sales status was supposedly clarified, we were contacted retrospectively and were told that we could buy the car. The condition and modalities have already been clarified by telephone (payment of the car in cash, etc.).
Pick-up: Two days before the scheduled pick-up date, I tried to confirm the time of the appointment. Unfortunately, I could not reach the responsible person and was neither called back nor answered my SMS.
The day before the pick-up, I contacted the dealership directly after I was not contacted by the responsible people. I was passed on to Mr. Clemens Büchel, there I was informed that the car had already been promised to someone else or was not for sale. He doesn't know that exactly, at least it isn't available to us.
Very annoying of us, because we had set everything up, took vacation, postponed anesthesia talk for an operation appointment, organized money in cash, set up insurance appointments ... etc. It is particularly annoying that we the gentlemen when agreeing the modalities and beforehand explain our efforts.
Conclusion:
- An unsaleable vehicle was offered.
- Information flow / communication is above average bad - definitely at the expense of the customer.
- Promised callback dates were not kept.
- We were made false promises as potential customers.
- Complete indifference to the circumstances of the vain promises made by the Büchl dealership.
- All in all, we wasted around 3 weeks.
For me the most dubious contact I have ever had with car dealers & rarely wasted so much life buying a car.
So I can't give a buy recommendation or anything else here.
