Ich stimmte zu, um Erlaubnis für die Reparatur von Schäden zu bitten, aber die Werkstatt reparierte Teile ohne meine Erlaubnis und erhöhte die versprochene Rechnung um 300%. Update: Die Garage hat gedroht, einen Anwalt auf mich anzurufen, wenn ich meine Nachricht nicht löschen würde. Terrible experience. Bad communication. I agreed to ask for permission to repair damage, but the workshop repaired parts without my permission and increased the promised bill by 300%. Update: The garage threatened to call a lawyer on me if I didn't delete my message.

Das Auto war auch immer noch extra gereinigt. ?. Ich kann diese Firma wirklich sehr empfehlen. Freundliche, ehrliche und kompetente Arbeiter. Ich bin sehr begeistert. Wenn ich was nicht sofort verstanden habe und nachgefragt habe, hat man sich auch immer Zeit für mich genommen. Und diese Firma schaut, dass sie mir wirklich die Arbeit erleichtert. Und weil es ein Familienunternehmen ist, ist das für mich noch ein weiterer Bonus. I've been to this company so many times. Incredibly competent and detailed advice. I was always called at every step and always received honest forecasts. The car was also still specially cleaned. ?. I can really recommend this company. Friendly, honest and competent workers. Alle zeitlichen Abmachungen wurden stets eingehalten. Könnte ich nicht von allen Werkstätten behaupten mit denen ich jemals zu tun hatte. I have been a customer of Autoservice Unger for about 3 years. From changing tires to changing brakes, changing discs and stickers, everything was great. Service excellent. All time agreements were always kept. I couldn't say that about every workshop I've ever dealt with.
