Nie wieder !!! A comprehensive damage repaired over € 10 thousand then the car fetches everything possible, and the car drove max.60Kmh .. after confrontation I was told yes continue to drive that settles again ??? Möchte auch noch erwähnen, dass ein Mitarbeiter mich nach Hause gefahren hat und nach der Reparatur wurde mir mein Auto wieder gebracht, dass fand ich sehr nett (wohne aber nicht sehr weit weg) trotzdem welche Werkstatt macht das schon!?!?sogar auf Hygiene wurde geachtet, jeder Mitarbeiter trug MNSchutz Had a problem with my side window and couldn't be closed. The company repaired it, everything was great. I would also like to mention that an employee drove me home and after the repair my car was brought back to me, I thought that was very nice (but I don't live very far away) anyway which workshop does it!?! Even on hygiene was respected, every employee wore MN protection

Nem tudom hogy javítanak autót de emberségből abszolút 5 csillag ! I was in this workshop for the first time today, unfortunately they could not give me an appointment anymore but they kindly recommended another service. I don't know how to fix a car but out of humanity it is absolutely 5 stars!

X	XYX (Jason) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Herren scheinen nett zu sein, das war dann auch schon. Man wann wird als Kunde nicht ernst genommen. Mehrmals wird man weggeschickt und wieder bestellt. Bei Reklamationen werde Ausreden gesucht, warum ein besseres Resultat aus gegebenen Umständen nicht möglich ist. Wenn vor der Arbeit klar ist, dass ein perfektes Ergebnis nicht möglich sein wird, dann wäre es sicher möglich, das zu kommunizieren, dann kann man sich als kund überlegen ob man den Auftrag gibt oder nicht. Ich weiß auch nicht, warum es notwendig ist, seinen Wagen wegen Kleinigkeiten über Tage dort abzustellen. Man hat als arbeitender Menschen Besseres zu tun, als ständig zur Werkstatt zu fahren. Ich bin auf die Empfehlung eines Freundes dort hingefahren, vielleicht hatte nur ich eine schlechte Erfahrung. Aber ich hab echt sinnvolleres Zutun, als mir den Kopf über Menschen zu zerbrechen, die ihre Arbeit nicht ordentlich machen wollen. Jeder soll sich selber ein Bild machen, ich reflektiere nur über mein eigenes Erlebnis. Ich wünsche allen Beteiligenden alles Gute. Ich werde die Werkstatt in Zukunft nicht mehr aufsuchen. In the case of complaints, excuses are sought as to why a better result is not possible under the given circumstances. If it is clear before work that a perfect result will not be possible, then it would certainly be possible to communicate that, then you can consider whether you want to give the order or not. I also don't know why it is necessary to park your car there for days because of minor things. As a working person, you have better things to do than constantly driving to the workshop. I went there on a friend's recommendation, maybe just me had a bad experience. But I really have more useful work than worrying about people who don't want to do their job properly. Everyone should form their own picture, I just reflect on my own experience. I wish everyone involved all the best. I will not visit the workshop again in the future.
