Dieser relativ kleine Mercedes und Fiat Händler legt großen Wert auf einen guten Kundenservice, was spürbar ist. Bereits die Dame am Telefon wirkte professionell und war zu allen meinen Anliegen zuvorkommend und verständnisvoll, was ich von größeren Händlern nicht gewohnt bin. Auch der Empfang war professionell und ich fühlte mich sofort willkommen. Mein Auto wurde entgegengenommen und meine Wartezeit fühlte sich dank Kaffee und reichlich Magazinen kürzer an als gedacht. Neben der eigentlichen Reparatur wurden auch die Flüssigkeitsstände geprüft und das Auto gründlich gewaschen, bevor es mir übergeben wurde, und dies war im Preis inbegriffen. Alles in allem war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde mein Auto ab sofort immer hier warten lassen, wenn ich näher wohnen würde. Großes Lob an die Belegschaft. I had my brake pads exchanged here and was thrilled with the attitude of the employees. This relatively small Mercedes and Fiat dealer attaches great importance to good customer service, which is noticeable. Even the lady on the phone looked professional and was courteous and understanding about all my concerns, which I am not used to from larger dealers. The reception was professional and I immediately felt welcome. My car was accepted and my waiting time felt shorter than expected thanks to coffee and plenty of magazines. In addition to the actual repair, the fluid levels were checked and the car was thoroughly washed before it was handed over to me, and this was included in the price. All in all it was a great experience and from now on I would always keep my car waiting here if I lived closer. Kudos to the workforce.
A	Andreas Temm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste einen neuen Schlüssel bestellen und anlernen lassen. Es hat super geklappt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Einziges Manko, ich hätte mir einen Anruf gewünscht als das Auto fertig war, obwohl es am vereinbarten Tag fertig war. Ich werde sicherlich weiter das Auto dort reparieren lassen. I had to order a new key and have it taught. It worked great and the staff are very friendly. The only drawback, I would have liked a call when the car was ready, although it was ready on the agreed day. I will certainly continue to have the car repaired there.

Nach meiner Bestätigung wurde ein großes Service innerhalb von 2 Stunden gemacht. Die Fahrt zahlte sich aus da ich aus Wien bin und das mache ich wieder so, keine arroganten Werkstätten wie in Wien! Sehr empfehlenswertes Preisleistungverhältnis. I was warmly welcomed on the phone to request an appointment, everything was explained to me very well on site what is being done on the car. Great service was done within 2 hours of my confirmation. The trip paid off because I'm from Vienna and I'll do it again, no arrogant workshops like in Vienna! Very recommendable price-performance ratio.

Die Kundenberatung durch Herrn Bernold ist aber speziell erwähnenswert. Er hat sich wahnsinnig viel Zeit genommen und uns alle Fragen (und es waren viele) ganz ausführlich beantwortet. Ich habe mich aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit zwar für ein anderes Auto entschieden, dafür kann aber die Firma Reiss nichts, die Entscheidung wurde allein aufgrund dieser Tatsache getroffen. Danke!!!
