M	Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ergänzend zu meiner vor einiger Zeit abgegebenen 5-Sterne-Bewertung welche ich damals nicht ausreichend begründet habe, muss ich nun nochmals dem Chef und dem gesamten Team des Standortes Mistelbach mein Lob aussprechen. Ich kann dieses Autohaus samt den darin so fleißigen MitarbeiterInnen nur jedem empfehlen, der sich als Kunde noch als solcher fühlen möchte. Freundlichkeit, fachliche Kompetenz sowie Handschlagqualität -all das wird mir dort seit einigen Jahren geboten. Ich habe einige Autos der Marke Opel in den Jahren zuvor bei den "großen" Playern in Wien gekauft, jedoch nur Überforderung sowie Unwilligkeit bei lösbaren Problemen verspürt.Auch hatte ich permanent das Gefühl, Teil einer Massenabfertigung zu sein. Ganz anders hier, man wird begrüßt, kompetent vom Verkäufer Team(Hr. Mum - ein Verkäufer mit Herz und Hirn der Autos liebt, individuelle Lösungen unaufgedrängt findet und jeden Kunden gleich behandelt!!)über die netten Damen im Service Bereich, Mechaniker die dich - sofern sie Zeit haben - in die Werkstätte mitnehmen und Dir technische Vorgänge erklären bis hin zum Chef Hr. Mayer der bei speziellen Wünschen oder Problemstellungen immer eine annehmbare Lösung anbietet. Absolut vertrauenswürdig!!!! Bei mir geht das so weit, daß ich selbst wenn ich 40 km dorthin zu fahren habe, ich dies gerne tue um einfach eine Sorge weniger haben zu müssen. Oder um während der Wartezeit einfach eine Probefahrt mit einem neuen Fahrzeug machen zu können....klare Empfehlung von mir!! I can only recommend this car dealership, including the hard-working employees, to anyone who still wants to feel like a customer. Friendliness, professional competence and handshake quality - all that has been offered to me there for several years. I had bought some Opel brand cars from the "big" players in Vienna in the previous years, but only felt overwhelmed and unwilling to solve problems. I also constantly felt that I was part of a mass production. Quite different here, you are greeted, competently by the sales team (Mr. Mum - a salesman with heart and brain who loves cars, finds individual solutions unobtrusively and treats every customer equally !!) about the nice ladies in the service area, mechanics who help you - if they have time - take them to the workshop and explain technical processes to the boss Mr. Mayer who always offers an acceptable solution for special requests or problems. Absolutely trustworthy !!!! For me it goes so far that even if I have to drive 40 km there, I like to do it just to have one less worry. Or to be able to simply test drive a new vehicle while waiting ... clear recommendation from me !! Martin Gutenberg

Service an unserem Astra schnell und professionell, nach einer Jause und Kaffe in MI war unser Auto fertig serviciert. Der Ausflug nach Mistel ach lohnt sich. Excellent service, high level of expertise, mechanics "top" and great offers, especially scooters. Service on our Astra was quick and professional, after a snack and coffee in MI our car was fully serviced. The trip to mistletoe is oh well worth it.

Es war nicht so leicht für Autohaus Mayer, meine Wünsche zu erfüllen und auch deswegen kann ich sagen, dass ich komplett begeistert bin. Ich kann das Autohaus Mayer nur empfehlen.
