Schlechtes Kundenservice, überhöhte Preise, unfreundlicher Chef, sowohl zu seinem Angestellten (zufällig mitbekommen) als auch zu mir und meiner Mutter als Kunden. In Summe eine schlechte Erfahrung! Not recommendable. Bad customer service, inflated prices, unfriendly boss, both to his employee (noticed by chance) and to me and my mother as customers. All in all a bad experience!

Reifenpanne bei meinem Renault - kein Problem und schnellstmöglich wieder in Ordnung gewesen. Gerade bei den kleinen Dingen zeigt sich oft wie professionell herangegangen wird. Top Autohaus und stets freundlich und Kompetent. Small - but fine car dealership in the middle of Wieselburg with an OPEL and KIA agency as well as selected used cars - something for everyone, so to speak. Flat tire on my Renault - no problem and was back in order as soon as possible. The small things in particular often show how professionally they are approached. Unser Opel Grandland X Hybrid 4 braucht ständig Updates da es halt ein neues System von PSA ist und stetig verbessert wird. Hat man einen Werkstatttermin, informiert sich der Werkstättenleiter schon vorab ob es wieder ein neues gibt und erledigt die Sache gleich. So soll und muss das sein! ( ist aber leider nicht in jeder Werkstatt so ) Daumen hoch dafür, wir können dieses Autohaus nur jedem empfehlen!! We are very satisfied! Friendly staff who also know about their work. Our Opel Grandland X Hybrid 4 needs constant updates because it is a new system from PSA and is constantly being improved. If you have a workshop appointment, the workshop manager informs himself in advance whether there is another one and takes care of the matter immediately. This is how it should and must be! (but unfortunately this is not the case in every workshop) Thumbs up for that, we can only recommend this dealership to everyone!

Danach hat unser Opel Öl verloren, sind wir erneut hin und durften den EIGENEN FEHLER der Werkstatt auch noch bezahlen. Das beste kommt aber noch. Ein Freund hat eine Hebebühne auf die wir das Auto nach einem lauten pumperer beim fahren rauf gestellt haben. Der komplette Auspuff hatte ein großes Loch und alles durchgerostet! Eine Woche nach dem Service! Das war also schon vor dem Service da! Das sieht doch ein blinder?! Schlechteste Werkstatt ever ? We are mad! Were doing service there in the summer. We paid a lot for it. After that our Opel lost oil, we went there again and were allowed to pay for the workshop's OWN ERRORS. But the best is yet to come. A friend has a lift on which we put the car after a loud pumperer while driving. The entire exhaust had a big hole and everything rusted through! One week after the service! So it was there before the service! Doesn't a blind man see that ?! Worst workshop ever ?

Es hat zwar etwas gedauert, aber endlich ist das Nebengeräusch weg. Und die Mechaniker haben nicht aufgegeben. Vielen Dank für das Dranbleiben und die gute Arbeit. ??? Bravo! Only a few days ago I had to keep the mechanics busy with a repair that another workshop couldn't do. It took a while, but finally the background noise is gone. And the mechanics haven't given up. Thank you for staying tuned and the good work. ???
