★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Empfang eher schroff ABER die Arbeit ist gut gemacht UND sie haben sogar mein Auto gewaschen!!! Wenn ich es in Lindau abgebe, dann bekomme ich es ungewaschen mit Zigarettengeruch im Innenraum inklusive wieder zurück! Und vielem mehr.
 The reception was rather harsh BUT the job is well done AND they even washed my car !!! When I hand it in in Lindau, I get it back unwashed with a cigarette smell in the interior, including! And a lot more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr Enttäuscht , erst wird Auto kontrolliert und werd gesagt es kostet ca 450 bis 470 € Fenster und Fahrer Tür hab zugestimmt. Habe Termin gemacht auto hingestellt und nach 7 Stunden abgeholt das Preis Abgezahlt, komme raus auto kontrollieren was sehe ich nur Fenster gemacht mit den Preis ?????? hab Wider gefragt warum ist das Tür nicht gemacht keiner wusste das das muss gemacht das ist eine Betrügerische Werkstatt leider habe vertraut aber das war erste mal und letzte mal .
Very disappointed, first the car is checked and they say it costs about 450 to 470 €. Windows and driver have agreed to the door. I made an appointment, put the car down and picked up the price after 7 hours, got out of the car, check what I only see windows made with the price ?????? I asked against why the door wasn't made nobody knew that it had to be done that was a fraudulent workshop unfortunately trusted but that was the first and last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Termin zum Reifenwechseln über 2 Stunden in der Kälte gewartet.
Warteraum innen total überfüllt; in Corona Zeiten wirklich fahrlässig.
Man hätte mich am Morgen kontaktieren können um mir zu sagen,dass ich so lange warten muss. Und auch trotz meiner Info, dass 2 Kinder zu Hause auf mich warten und ich mich auf Termine und schriftliche Zusagen verlassen muss wurde mir nicht schneller geholfen.
Ich habe mein Auto dort vor 10 Monaten als Neuwagen gekauft; es wurde nicht mal kurz durch die Waschstrasse gefahren wie alle anderen Wagen, die aus der Werkstatt kamen . ( hatte ja genug Zeit, dies von aussen zu beobachten); meine frisch montierten, dort eingelagerten Winterreifen habe ich so aufgezogen bekommen wie sie im Frühjahr dort abmontiert wurden. Dreckig!!!
Das war das letzte Mal..
Waited in the cold for over 2 hours despite the appointment to change tires.
Waiting room inside totally overcrowded; Really negligent in Corona times.
I could have been contacted in the morning to tell me that I would have to wait so long. And despite my information that 2 children are waiting for me at home and I have to rely on appointments and written promises, I was not helped any faster.
I bought my car there 10 months ago as a new car; It wasn't even driven through the car wash for a moment like all the other cars that came out of the workshop. (had enough time to observe this from the outside); I got my freshly fitted winter tires stored there as they were removed there in the spring. Dirty!!!
That was the last time..

Can only agree with all 1-star comments. An arrogance in the acceptance as it used to be common in the offices.
... they have at least learned something new.
Rudi Lins is too late for me, I'm not going any more.

Ich fuhr wegen einem kleinen Notfall zum Autohaus Strolz das eigentlich schon geschlossen war.
Zufällig sah ich noch einen Verkäufer erklärte ihm mein Problem, sofort probiert er mir zu helfen, leider ohne Erfolg.Er bemühte sich noch jemand in der Werkstatt zu finden und zu meinem Glück war noch jemand hier, er erklärte dem Mechaniker das Problem, der sofort zu meinem Auto geht und das Problem beheben konnte ☀️
Also viele,vielen Dank an euch alle ihr seit super und sehr freundlich ??

Because of a small emergency, I drove to the Strolz car dealership, which was actually already closed.
By chance I saw a salesman explaining my problem to him, he immediately tried to help me, unfortunately without success. He tried to find someone in the workshop and luckily someone was still here, he explained the problem to the mechanic, who immediately went to my car and fixed the problem ☀️
So many, many thanks to all of you you are great and very friendly ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service in Ordnung aber Preis Leistung absolute Frechheit! Meine Rechnung war vierstellig. Bei Abholung wollte man eine BAR Zahlung, gnadenhalber durfte ich schlussendlich per Banküberweisung bezahlen.
Service ok but value for money absolute cheek! My bill was four digits. When picking it up, they wanted a CASH payment, but for mercy I was finally allowed to pay by bank transfer.
