Bezahlt habe ich dann 125,50 € weil ohne jede Absprache irgendwelche Lampen eingesetzt wurden. Wobei allein die Kennzeichenbeleuchtung beidseitig mit 20,60 € zu Buche schlägt. Zehn dieser Lampen kosten mich 2,88 €. Und ein gemütlicher Einbau 10 minuten. Es bleibt jedem selbst überlassen die man darüber denkt wenn man mehr als 50% wie vereinbart bezahlt. Aber, es gibt ja Autohäuser wie sand am Meer ? Apparently the staff at this dealership did not understand what customer service looks like. In any case, not as I experienced it today. S	Sweet flash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto neu gekauft und warte bis heute noch nach 2 Jahren das (Garantie) die Lüftung und Scheibenwischer Motor ausgetauscht werden. Bei Reparaturen bleibt man am besten beim Auto. Werkstatt Leiter ist arrogant und herablassend. Es werden Teile verrechnet die nicht ausgetauscht wurden. So etwas unverschämtes habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist nett, das ist auch alles. Bought a new car and wait until today after 2 years for the ventilation and windscreen wiper motor to be replaced (guarantee). When it comes to repairs, it's best to stick with the car. Workshop leader is arrogant and condescending. Parts that have not been replaced will be charged. I've never seen anything so outrageous. The lady at the reception is nice, that's all.
L	Leopold Elwes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich könnte würde ich Ihnen sogar Minus Punkte geben,so unzufrieden bin ich mit der Arbeit. Ich habe jetzt mehr Kratzer an meiner Haube als nach dem Unfall. Schaut euch einfach die Fotos an seht ihr was ich meine. Als ich sie auf Ihre schlappige Arbeit hingewiesen habe,haben sie sich nicht mal entschuldigt. Deshalb würde ich es keinen Empfehlen dort hin zu gehen, geht lieber zu einer richtigen Werkstatt wo es besser ausgebildetes Personal gibt. Es gibt keinen Grund warum man so eine schlechte Arbeit verrichtet. If I could I would even give you minus points, I'm so dissatisfied with the work. I have more scratches on my hood now than after the accident. Just look at the photos and see what I mean. When I pointed out your limp work, they didn't even apologize. Therefore I would not recommend going there, rather go to a real workshop where there are better trained staff. There is no reason why you should do such a bad job.
