★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, I thought this was a fantastic place. I wanted to buy two new cars and was looking for a dealership that I can have a long-term relationship with. Turns out, Mr. Schmid and his son are rude and very dishonest individuals. They lie about what they will do, don't keep promises and they disrespected my wife. There are other Mazda dealers in Vorarlberg and they all tell me the same story about Schmid. He has a bad reputation and is known for his dishonesty. You are better off avoiding this place for any business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cardealer experience I've ever made. Made you feel that they take care of things while they absolutely don't. Did my annual checkup there and the lost my car registration. They told me that they will contact my insurance getting me a new one and will call me once I can pick it up. They never did, it in the end took me several phone calls and I had to listen to every time different excuses. I in the end had to do it by myself! Never ever! If you want a Mazda (which are IMO great cars) please pick another dealer but not this one! It's a shame that they can stay alive with that kind of customer service.
