Vorallem da das Auto seit 5 Tagen reserviert war und wir nicht früher vorbei kommen DURFTEN! Weil der zuständige Mitarbeiter angeblich in Urlaub war. Und dann an einen Kollegen verkaufen! Das ist unverschämt. Reserve a vehicle for a test drive and call 1 hour in advance that an employee will buy the vehicle. Customer service 0. Especially since the car was reserved for 5 days and we were NOT ALLOWED to come by earlier! Because the employee responsible was supposedly on vacation. And then sell to a colleague! That's rude.
