R	Renate Essl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich, man bekommt rasch einen Termin und auch ein Leihwagen wird problemlos zu moderaten Bedingungen zur Verfügung gestellt. Somit wäre es die perfekte Werkstätte - allerding ist die fachliche Kompetenz äußerst fragwürdig. Obwohl mein Wagen, ein Fiat, eine Woche in der Wertstatt gestanden ist, war niemand in der Lage, den Grund für die blinkende Motorkontrollleuchte zu finden. Die Erklärungen waren dubios, letztlich konnten sie den Schaden nicht beheben. Eine andere Werkstätte brauchte gerade einmal eine halbe Stunde, um den banalen Grund zu finden: zwei der vier Zündkabeln waren beschädigt, löchrig (auch für mich als Laie gut erkennbar) und infolge war die Zündspule kaputt. Das ist schon sehr traurig, dass eine Fachwerkstätte nicht diesen banalen Fehler beheben kann. Kaum zu glauben.... Eine Empfehlung für diese Werkstätte geht daher leider gar nicht. Schade. All employees are really very friendly, you get an appointment quickly and a rental car is easily made available at moderate conditions. So it would be the perfect workshop - but the technical competence is extremely questionable. Although my car, a Fiat, had been parked in the garage for a week, no one was able to find the reason for the blinking check engine light. The explanations were dubious, in the end they could not repair the damage. Another workshop took just half an hour to find the banal reason: two of the four ignition cables were damaged, full of holes (also easily recognizable to me as a layman) and as a result the ignition coil was broken. It is very sad that a specialist workshop cannot fix this banal mistake. Hard to believe .... Unfortunately, a recommendation for this workshop is not possible. Too bad.
