Ich habe sehr schnell einen Termin bekommen bei Herr Roland Radu und Sie haben das Auto Spitze repariert und es hat hier keinerlei Probleme gegeben. Also von meiner Seite 5 Sterne für das Service und die Spenglerei von BMW Neustadt
 I bought my X5 there in October 2021. A short time later, a whoosh began at 100km/h. I got an appointment with Mr. Roland Radu very quickly and you repaired the car sharp and there were no problems here. So from my side 5 stars for the service and the plumbing of BMW Neustadt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe meine BMW R1200 nach 11 Jahren wieder reaktivieren wollen. Schnelle und freundliche Antwort auf mein Mail, schnelle Abholung und ausführlicher KV. Bemerkenswert, dass man auch dann freundlich und hilfsbereit bleibt, wenn man bestimmte Reparaturen nicht machen lässt. Erst dann zeigt sich, dass ein Unternehmen Charakter hat und 100%ig seriös arbeitet.
So gewinnt man Stammkunden für die Zukunft!
I wanted to reactivate my BMW R1200 after 11 years. Fast and friendly answer to my mail, fast collection and detailed KV. It is remarkable that they remain friendly and helpful even if certain repairs are not carried out. Only then does it become apparent that a company has character and works 100% seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit 10 Jahren Kundin dort- natürlich gibts in der langen Zeit mal ein Problem mit dem Auto, bisher hat sich immer alles zur Zufriedenheit lösen lassen. Wie man in den Wald hineinruft... manche Dinge lassen sich nicht in 5 Minuten lösen. Wenn man aber mit den Leuten normal spricht und alle Probleme kommuniziert, ist (fast) alles machbar. Vom Empfang über den Verkauf bis zum Service ein gutes Team!
I've been a customer there for 10 years - of course there's been a problem with the car over the long period of time, so far everything has always been solved to our satisfaction. How to shout into the forest...some things can't be solved in 5 minutes. But if you talk to people normally and communicate all problems, (almost) anything is possible. From reception to sales to service, a good team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte hier wohl den ersten BMW ix3 den dieses Autohaus verkauft hat kaufen! Der Verkäufer und auch Abteilungsleiter besprachen mir ihn zu reservieren denn ich habe schon lange auf dieses Fahrzeug gewartet. In der selben Woche noch war die Vereinbarung machen wir die Kaufabwicklung. Als ich dann bei BMW war sagt mir der Verkäufer er hat eine schlechte Nachricht für mich ?? Er sagt leider ist das Auto verkauft. Er erzählt mir darauf hin eine dubiose Geschichte und ich muss sagen noch frecher geht es nicht. Ich hätte das Auto dringend gebraucht.
Aber es gibt noch eine weitere eigenartige Erfahrung mit dieser Firma.......
I probably wanted to buy the first BMW ix3 that this dealership sold! The seller and also the head of department told me to reserve it because I've been waiting for this vehicle for a long time. In the same week we made the agreement to do the purchase. When I was at BMW, the salesman told me he had bad news for me?? He says unfortunately the car is sold. He then tells me a dubious story and I have to say it doesn't get any cheekier than that. I really needed the car.
But there is another peculiar experience with this company......
