Unnötige Arbeiten und standardmäßiges Austauschen von noch funktionstüchtigen Teilen gibt es hier nicht, es wird versucht, den Rechnungsbetrag möglichst zu minimieren. Der Chef gibt sogar noch nützliche Tipps: so hat er mir beispielsweise erzählt, wie man Wischerblätter doppelt so lange nutzen kann wie gewöhnlich! Fazit: der Kunde im Mittelpunkt, so soll es sein!
