Ich hatte nun schon das 2te mal Probleme mit meinen Wagen ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten - Jedes mal Stand mir der Chef (Gerhard) mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Dank guter Positionierung seiner Fahrzeuge, was für mich schon für Qualität spricht, hielt ich am Firmenstandort ohne Termin an. Prompt kommt Herr Prem und sein Verkäufer Herr Pumm auf mich freundlich und offen zu und zack waren wir in einem Verkaufsgespräch incl. Probefahrt! Trotz Corona-Pandemie konnte Herr Pumm mir mein Fahrzeug innerhalb einer Woche ausliefern! Faire Preisgestaltung, fachkompetente Beratung und der Auftritt des Unternehmens, auf das kommt es beim Autokauf an und all diese Punkte werden hier erfüllt! Alle Zusatzvereinbarungen wurden zeitgerecht eingehalten. Und was man noch sehr positiv bewerten muss, ist die Betreuung nach dem Autokauf. Klare Weiterempfehlung meinerseits! Prompt comes to Mr. Prem and seller Mr. Pumm on me friendly and open and we were in a sales interview including test drive! Despite Corona pandemic, Mr. Pumm was able to deliver my vehicle within a week! Fair pricing, expert advice and the company's appearance, on which it comes to the car purchase and all these points are met here! All additional arrangements were maintained in a timely manner. And what you have to rate very positive is the care of the car purchase. Clear recommendation on my part!
