T	Tom Corner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach ein super Service. Ich fuhr mit meinem Prius (ohne Termin) zum Toyota Ploner, wo ich auch das Auto gekauft habe. Grund für den Besuch war ein auffällig lautes surren des Klimakompressors. Dort nahm man sich umgehend des Problems an und versicherte mir, das Geräusch sei normal. Anschließend füllte man mir noch das Klimagas kostenlos auf. Aber damit nicht genug. Zwei Tage später schickte man mir noch eine Videodatei auf dem der Klimakompressor eines anderen Toyota Hybrids genauso deutlich hörbar war wie bei meinem. Das nenne ich guten Service. Meine Erfahrung mit anderen Autohäusern hat mir meistens gezeigt, dass der gute Service oft nach Abschluss des Kaufvertrages endetet. Deshalb volles Lob für Toyota Ploner. Simply great service. I drove my Prius (without an appointment) to the Toyota Ploner, where I also bought the car. The reason for the visit was a noticeably loud hum of the air conditioning compressor. They took care of the problem immediately and assured me that the noise was normal. Then they filled me with the climate gas free of charge. But that's not all. Two days later I was sent a video file on which the air conditioning compressor of another Toyota hybrid could be heard just as clearly as mine. That's what I call good service. My experience with other car dealerships has mostly shown me that the good service often ends after the sales contract has been signed. So full praise for Toyota Ploner.

Ploner noch das Unfallauto noch übernommen und ein Ersatzauto zur Verfügung gestellt. Danke für dieses tolle Service! Auch jetzt noch, wo ich in Norwegen lebe, bekomme ich immer noch persönlichen Service, Unterstützung und Rat und mein Auto bringe ich auch regelmäßig zum Service hin. Der Unterschied beim Service bei Toyota Ploner und dem betreffenden Toyotahändler in Norwegen könnte größer nicht sein. Mein Auto ist von einer Toyotarückrufaktion betroffen und alle Toyotahändler Europas wären verpflichtet diese Reparaturen durchzuführen. Der betreffende Toyotahändler in Norwegen bestritt seine Zuständigkeit und teilte mir mit, dass mein Auto nach Österreich abgeschleppt werden müsse. Dank des Einsatzes von Toyota Ploner, die sich nicht nur mit dem norwegischen Händler in Verbindung setzten, sondern auch die Hersteller kontaktierten und mehrere Telefonate mit Norwegen führten, konnte das Problem gelöst werden und mein Auto kann jetzt vor Ort repariert werden.
