Rechnung machte 15€ mehr als der Kostenvoranschlag aus. Now had my wife's car for service. Everything satisfied and done on time. Free rental car. Invoice made 15 € more than the cost estimate.
V	Vini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht Kundenorientiert! Chef ist nie da und auch nie erreichbar! Es heißt immer der Chef ruft zurück ... dies passiert nur leider nicht! Für ein Ersatzteil wartet man 2 Monate und länger! Für Einen Anruf durch den Chef bei einer anderen Firma muss man 1 1/2 Monate warten und 15 Mal anrufen!!! Sowas von schlampig gearbeitet in der werkstatt ... es werden schrauben vergessen fest zu ziehen! Es wird nichts ordentlich und fachgerecht gemacht! Beim großen Service wird der Ölfilter nicht gewechselt usw. Die Achsmanschette ist so locker oben, das man sie einfach runter ziehen und wieder rauf stecken kann usw. Ich kann nur abraten von einem Kauf und auch von Reparaturen! Not customer-oriented! Boss is never there and never reachable! It's always called the boss calls back ... unfortunately this doesn't happen! You have to wait 2 months or more for a spare part! For a call from the boss to another company you have to wait 1 1/2 months and call 15 times !!! Something of sloppy work in the workshop ... screws are forgotten to tighten! Nothing is done properly and professionally! With the big service the oil filter is not changed etc. The axle sleeve is so loose at the top that you can just pull it down and put it back up etc. I can only advise against buying and repairs!

Geräusch wurde überraschenderweise nach längerem Suchen im Bereich des Heizungsraums gefunden und mittels Schaumstoffpolster behoben. Laut Meister durch Wärmeausdehung des Kunststoff verursacht. Allgemein: Schreibtische im Büro könnten ordentlicher aufgeräumt sein, Werkstätte aber top. Auto in die Werkstatt gebracht, nach 2 Std angerufen worden, dass sie nichts machen können und das Auto wieder zu holen sei -> die Frechheit an der ganzen Sache: es wurde dreist mehr als die Hälfte des zuvor genannten Kostenvoranschlags für die gesamte Reparatur verrechnet! Obwohl NICHTS gemacht wurde. Asked by phone whether a repair can be carried out for car brand + model -> the answer was a clear "yes". J	Jessica Wirth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist das Autohaus samt Besatzung sehr chaotisch.. was telefonisch vereinbart wurde, wird nicht oder nur mangelhaft eingehalten, was zu einem Mehraufwand für den Kunden führt, da man zB mehrmals hinfahren muss um die Sache erledigen zu können, dies jedoch beim ersten Mal schon möglich gewesen wäre.. telefonisch kaum zu erreichen. Kundenservice generell eher ein Fremdwort.. schade Unfortunately, the car dealership and its crew are very chaotic .. what was agreed by telephone is not or only inadequately observed, which leads to additional work for the customer, since you have to go there several times to be able to do the job, however, the first time would have been possible .. hard to reach by phone.
