Und Fahrzeug wurde sofort angenommen , nicht erst ,, in einahalb , zwoa Wochen und dös nit gwieß " wie ich anderswo zur Kenntnis nehmen mußte .???? Prompt operation, expert repair at the lowest price (- even at specialist workshops seemingly not common). And the vehicle was accepted immediately, not first of all, in one and two weeks, and then there was no answer, as I had to take note elsewhere

Und die freundliche, nette weibliche Stimme am Telefon ist besonders bemüht dem Kunden zu helfen. Also: Absolut empfehlenswert! "Geht dein Ford nicht richtig, bist beim Krünes richtig!" A Ford workshop where the customer is still king. Even if the car was not bought there one is best served with repairs. And the friendly, nice female voice on the phone is especially trying to help the customer. So: Absolutely recommended! "If your Ford is not right, you're right with the Krünes!"

Ich habe bereits mehrfach mit ihnen die Erfahrung gemacht, dass sie Probleme einfach und günstig gelöst haben, für die andere Werkstätten ganzen Teile des Autos für ein Heidengeld ausgetauschen wollten. Eine so tolle Ford Werkstätte kann ich wirklich ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Das ist auch ein super Augument um einen Ford zu kaufen. Herzlichen Dank und großes Lob dafür! In the Autohaus Krünes you will find a super competent workshop where the mechanics think along and take care of the well-being of the car and driver. I have already made several experiences with them that they have solved problems easily and cheaply, for which other workshops wanted to exchange entire parts of the car for a huge amount of money. I can really recommend such a great Ford workshop without restrictions. This is also a great addition to buying a Ford. Many thanks and great praise for it!

Einen Stern abzug vergebe ich, da ich mir bei einem relativ teuren Autoservice eines noch neueren Autos eine Autoreinigung erwarte (gibt es bei anderen Autohäusern bei denen ich war immer). Ansonsten alles tippi toppi ? Super nice and competent family-run car dealership. I give a star deduction because I expect a car cleaning at a relatively expensive car service for an even newer car (there are other car dealerships where I have always been). Otherwise everything tippi toppi ?

Sehr freundliches und vor allem fachliches Personal, Kleinigkeiten werden sofort erledigt, kein langes warten. Habe schon andere Werkstätten aufgesucht, aber diese Werkstatt ist einfach super. I've been a customer of this workshop for years and can only recommend it to everyone. Very friendly and above all professional staff, little things are done immediately, no long wait. I've been to other workshops, but this workshop is just great.
