Sehr gut organisierte Firma. Für halbe Stunde Abschlepparbeit kassieren sie 255 Euro wo gibt es sonst so gute Verdienst.?Es läuft so.. du parkst egal welche Uhrzeit versehentlich auf den Taxiplatz.. Taxifahrer ruft die Polizei an... Polizei macht Anzeige und ruft die ABS 24... diese schleppen dein Auto zum Hof ab. Nach ca. Zwei Monaten bekommst du noch zusätzlich eine Anzeige Strafe von Stadt Innsbruck Strafeabteilung..Dann musst du nochmals zur Kasse... Das ganze Theater innerhalb einer halben Stunde für ca. 300 Euro oder sogar mehr. Und das ganze in der Pandemie Zeit wo die Menschen arbeitslos sind und selber vom Staat finanzielle Unterstützung benötigen. Danke an alle Mitbeteiligten gute Arbeit geleistet haben.

Beste Abschleppfirma die ich jemals hatte. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfbereit, pünktlich und freundlich. Kann ich mit 10 Sterne (wenn man sie geben könnte) nur weiterempfehlen :)

Dein Helfer in der Not. Auf dem Heimweg von Südtirol nach München hatte ich eine Panne und musste abgeschleppt werden. Ich habe das rundum Sorglospaket bekommen. Mein Auto wurde zum Betriebsgelände von ABS 24 GmbH gebracht, dort konnte ich mein Handy laden, habe einen Kaffe und Schokolade bekommen, man versuchte den Schaden zu lokalisieren und zu beheben, ich wurde anschließend zum Hotel meiner Wahl gefahren und werde am darauffolgenden Tag (Montag) wieder abgeholt und zur Autowerkstatt chauffiert. Der Eigentümer und seine Lebensgefährtin sind nicht nur äußerst hilfsbereit, sondern auch unheimlich nett. Die vielen negativen Rezensionen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Da die ABS 24 GmbH auch Parksünder im Auftrag der Stadt Innsbruck abschleppt, lassen anscheinend viele Autofahrer Ihren Frust mit negativen Rezensionen ab. Dafür kann diese Firma aber nicht.

Wirklich die beste Abschleppfirma die ich jemals gefunden habe. Sehr pünktlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Helfen wirklich in der verzweifelsten Situation und sind sehr zuvorkommend. Kann ich mit 20 Sterne weiterempfehlen und das ist sogar zu wenig :)

Dear traveler, In case you decided to visit Innsbruck, change your plan and find something else if you consider traveling by car. The mair office(Stdadt magistrat)from Innsbruck does not want to see tourists in their city, with the car. This is why, the mayor office agents will hunt you down if you decided to stop and park your car: first, you will have to find a parking space; Not an easy job, but you'll find one after 30 minutes search; if you find a parking space, there is no sign to inform the tourists to park only on blue line area; if you park on white line area and you go to visit the city or to drink a coffee, when you return, if you are lucky you'll find your car with a 45 euro ticket(you have to pay it to STADTMAGISTRAT INNSBRUK). Otherwise, if you are not so lucky, you will not find your car :( but wait, you were lucky and you found a blue line parking space, the mayor office(stadt magistrat) will 'take good care' of you, because you are the tourist, their guest: 1) the parking machine does not 'speak' English ...only German language is available; 2) you can not park for more that 90 minutes on blue line (advice: plan to visit this city in max 90 minutes and exit Innsbruck as fast as you can); 3) if you do not have exact money, the machine will not give you change and not accept the money; 4 ) while you go to change the money to the closest store (you need to get EXACT 2.10 euro for 90 minutes) .... Innsbruck bad luck hits you: the STADT Magistrat agents already put a ticket in your window (just 25 euro); 5) in case you don't speak German, you may not understand the text from the road signs in blue area...even if you are on blue area and even if you have a valid parking ticket, when you return to your car .... surprise!!! you will not find your car, because it was lifted by the STADT MAGISTRAT company. In order to recover your car you will have to pay 'just' 275 euro to STADT MAGISTRAT agents. I really don't know what to recommend you to do in Innsbruck because 90% of my time (off ski piste) I spent it searching for parking spaces and being worried to return to the parking machine each 30-90 minutes.
