★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gutes Autohaus, mit auch durchwegs kompetenter Werkstätte, und guter Beratung.
Den einen Stern Abzug, gibt es von mir allein der suboptimalen Lage, und schlechter Anbindung geschuldet. Service und Reparaturkunden werden zwar kostenfrei nach Abgabe des Autos vom Personal in die Stadt gebracht, aber man hat das Problem der abgelegenen Lage dann wieder, wenn man sein fertiges Auto holen will.
Good dealership, with a consistently competent workshop, and good advice.
The one star deduction is due to the sub-optimal location and poor connection. Service and repair customers are brought free of charge to the city after handing over the car, but you have the problem of the remote location again when you want to get your finished car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte Interesse an einem neuen Auto, jedoch hatte der Verkäufer keine Zeit, wegen einer Auslieferung. Offensichtlich gibt es nur einen Autoverkäufer. Hätte es zu Zeiten eines Hrn. Stohl nicht gegeben. Ich und meine Familie hatten bereits mehrere Fahrzeuge bei der Fa. Eissner gekauft. Nun wird wohl woanders ein neues Fahrzeug gekauft werden.
Was interested in a new car, but the seller didn't have time because of a delivery. Obviously there is only one car salesman. It would not have existed in the time of a Mr. Stohl. I and my family had already bought several vehicles from Eissner. Now a new vehicle will probably be bought elsewhere.

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Schade, dass es immer weniger von dieser Art gibt und die wenigen sehr schwer zu finden sind.

August einen Termin zur Begutachtung des Hagelschadens gehabt, leider ist letzte Woche mein Auto durch Sachbeschädigung kaputt gegangen, also habe ich beim Autohaus Eissner angerufen und gefragt, ob jemand einen Kostenvoranschlag des Schadens machen könnte, doch die zuständige Mitarbeiterin hatte keine Zeit und es wurde an sie weitergeleitet. Als ich am nächsten Tag dort war, hatte die Mitarbeiterin wieder keine Zeit, deshalb hab ich es woanders machen lassen. Als ich heute angerufen habe ob jemand den Hagelschaden am 05. bei meiner Arbeit in Hollabrunn begutachten könnte, bekam ich nur als Antwort, das dies nicht ginge und ich mit dem Auto kommen muss, doch ich darf wegen der Versicherung das Auto nicht bewegen. Also ich kaufe mir mein neues Auto sicher nicht beim Autohaus Eissner!!
I would have had an appointment on August 5th to assess the damage caused by the hail, unfortunately my car broke down last week due to property damage, so I called the Eissner car dealership and asked if someone could make a cost estimate for the damage, but the employee responsible had none Time and it was forwarded to them. When I was there the next day, the employee again had no time, so I had it done elsewhere. When I called today if someone could examine the hail damage on the 5th at my work in Hollabrunn, the only answer I received was that this was not possible and that I had to come by car, but I am not allowed to move the car because of the insurance. So I'm sure not to buy my new car from the Eissner dealership !!
