Das muss man bei BMW, Audi, VW nicht. very well run workshop, you feel in good hands, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. 1 star deduction anyway, because you have to pay for a rental car during a repair or service. You don't have to do that at BMW, Audi, VW.

Bei genauerem Überprüfen festgestellt das für Zündkerzen 260€ verrechnet wurden darauf hin bekam ich 120€ zurück aber auch eine Zündkerze um 25€ ist Luxus pur Check service with a sticker without engine oil € 734 you can't be satisfied. Upon closer inspection it was found that the spark plugs were charged at € 260, so I got € 120 back, but a spark plug for € 25 is pure luxury
