★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuschend für einem "Vertragshändler". Mein ausführlicher Fehlerbericht wurde nach zwei Wochen bereits entsorgt und der mündliche Kostenvorschlag um das doppelte überzogen.
 Very disappointing for an "authorized dealer". My detailed error report was already disposed of after two weeks and the oral cost proposal was doubled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir einen Gebrauchtwagen von meine Arbeitskollegen gekauft der die letzten vier Jahre immer den Service und die Rostkontrolle beim Mazda Schmidt in Mattighofen gemacht hat. als ich jetzt beim ÖAMTC das Pickerl gemacht habe Stellte dieser fest, dass beide Einstiege und der Unterboden komplett durchgerostet ist. Drei Wochen hat es gedauert von der Begutachtung bis zur Ablehnung des Garantiebetrages. Kulanz vom Händler gibt es keine! nie wieder MAZDA!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought a used car from my work colleagues who has always done the service and rust control at Mazda Schmidt in Mattighofen for the past four years. when I made the badge at the ÖAMTC, he noticed that both entrances and the underbody are completely rusty. It took three weeks from the assessment to the rejection of the guarantee amount. There is no goodwill from the dealer! never again MAZDA !!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen ehrlich gesagt nicht. Ich wurde dort bisher immer sehr zuvorkommend behandelt, man hat sich große Mühe mit meinen Angelegenheiten gegeben und es wurde sich auch kurzfristig Zeit für unvorhergesehene Sachen genommen. Der Meister ist sogar einmal um 7.30 Uhr morgens raus gekommen und hat mir Starthilfe gegeben, kostenfrei.
I honestly do not understand the bad reviews. I have always been treated very courteously, they have gone to a lot of trouble with my affairs and have taken short notice of unforeseen things. The master even came out once at 7.30 in the morning and gave me a jump start, free of charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man merkt, dass man von denen nur frech über den Tisch gezogen wird dann haben deren Mechaniker einen verdammt dämlichen Blick im Gesicht.
Da wollen die einem verkaufen, dass die Steuerkette kaputt ist (1cm Spiel). Aber wenn man ihnen erzählt, dass man vor ca. 1 Jahr bei ihnen die Steuerkette reparieren hat lassen und auch mit 10.000km das ein Garantiefall ist, dann hat plötzlich die Steuerkette kein Problem mehr?! Überzogene Frechheit!!!
If you notice that you are being ripped off by them, then their mechanics have a damn stupid look on their face.
They want to sell you that the timing chain is broken (1cm play). But if you tell them that about 1 year ago you had the timing chain repaired by them and that this is a guarantee case even after 10,000km, then suddenly the timing chain no longer has a problem ?! Excessive cheek!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für eine Fehlermeldung suche der 5 Minuten braucht 25€ zu kassieren will ich nichts sagen (nie wieder) geht Lieber zu einer andere Werkstatt die helfen gerne und kostenlos und kassieren keine 25€ für 5 Minuten und der Meister soll mal Urlaub nehmen
Looking for an error message that takes 5 minutes to collect 25 €, I don't want to say anything (never again) I'd rather go to another workshop that is happy to help and free of charge and won't collect 25 € for 5 minutes and the foreman should take a vacation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op vakantie in Oostenrijk maar batterij van Galaxy laadt niet meer bij. Naar Ford Schmidt gereden en hier hebben direkt nieuwe batterij geplaatst. Super service en zeer vriendelijk!
On holiday in Austria but Galaxy battery no longer recharges. Drove to Ford Schmidt and immediately put a new battery here. Super service and very friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit der Werkstatt waren wir eigentlich zufrieden (daher ein Zusatzstern), aber der Verkauf und die Verwaltung wirkte immer etwas verpeilt und umständlich und wenig kundenorientiert. Die sind in den 80er Jahren steckengeblieben und wirken nicht wie ein zeitgemäßes Unternehmen. Nicht zu empfehlen. Falls ich mir je wieder ein Fahrzeug der dort angebotenen Marken kaufe, dann woanders.
We were actually satisfied with the workshop (hence an additional star), but the sales and administration always seemed a bit tricky and cumbersome and not very customer-oriented. They got stuck in the 80s and don't seem like a contemporary company. Not recommendable. If I ever buy another vehicle from the brands on offer there, I'll be somewhere else.

Der Verkäufer Hr.Klingseis ist top hab mich sofort mit im gut verstanden ??????und die ganze Abwicklung ohne Probleme zu den 5 ?Hänge ich noch 10 dazu⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Picked up my new car today. I just bought it through Autoscout 24 without ever having seen it.
The seller Mr. Klingseis is great, I got along well with him straight away ??????and the whole process without any problems for the 5 I'll add 10 to it
