Ich habe 2017 hier mein Fahrzeug gekauft, damals schon eine sehr positive Erfahrung gewesen aber aufgrund der Distanz zu Wien leider keine Werkstatt zum kurz vorbeischauen aufgrund der langen Anfahrt. Aber aufgrund der extremen Negativerfahrungen mit verschiedenen Mazda Werkstätten wurde ich heute eines besseren belehrt. Ich habe gestern um 21:24 eine Anfrage bezüglich der Navikarte meines Fahrzeuges gestellt und heute um 09:43 einen Anruf von der zuständigen Person (Peter R.) erhalten, welcher mir freundlich und entgegenkommend meine Frage zu meine vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet und sich auch die Zeit genommen hat. So ein Service ist man in Wien oder dem Wiener Umland gar nicht mehr gewöhnt. Alleine, dass man nach einer Anfrage per E-Mail einen persönlichen Anruf bekommt der noch dazu freundlich ist und man seine Fragen beantwortet bekommt, so schaut Kundenbetreuung aus. Ein Unternehmen wo KUNDENSERVICE und KUNDENBETREUUNG noch groß geschrieben werden. Wenn man als Kunde auch wie ein Kunde behandelt werden will und nicht wie eine Rechnungsnummer, ist man hier am richtigen Ort. Weiter so, ihr habt gerade wieder einen Kunden überzeugt mit eurem Service! DANKE für die positive Erfahrung.
